Papa johns is now at the bottom of my list for pizza! It used to be at the top! The sauce is super sweet and the crust is doughy tasting even though it is thoroughly cooked! I added 2 extra garlic butter sauces and didn’t get them even through I paid extra you used to get them for free with your order! If you’re going to charge extra put them in the order! The taste and quality of the pizza had really went down hill! Won’t be going back to this particular papa johns! Disappointed!

Placing an order through a call center was terrible and the person answering the phone was rude. Pizza had little to no sauce on it. People working there were nice, but short handed. Best to go elsewhere

Ordered a pizza online from their app. Said they were making it,and when I got there to pick up the pizza,there was one girl working in the whole place,two more were outside sitting on curb,looking at there phones and smoking. So walk in there she asks me did I have an order,and I said yes..and she starts to ring it up,then says after looking at the register screen for my name,tells me that she found my ordered ,but her machines are down and I couldn’t pay with my card,then she says no way to pay for my pizza then I proceed to get alittle aggravated, because I ordered it and she has it in front of her,so she recanted and said she could take cash,but I would have to wait till they all came back in to make my pizza I ordered over 45 minutes ago now from driving from my work place on 66 to there and talking with this person to recant everything she first said then offer to make me something for cash,after her other workers come back into work.the ones I guess who were sitting on curb together smoking and looking at their phones.

First off if it’s after 2 pm and your store hasn’t made enough to make 80 dollars in change there’s an issue and it’s not because of the store it would be the mouthy cocky hateful people you have working in your store it wasn’t just myself and my wife there was an older lady who they just made it seem God awful that she wanted all veggies except mushroom with pepperoni no itialian sausage all though your worker new is by the works still didn’t know what the lady wanted then she expected her pay for it but again change issue your employees are ruining your store fix the issue plus that was some very greasy pizza

I ordered cheese bread from here and it was raw in the middle the manager said there was nothing they could do and they also laughed about it

So my wife stops in to try the special buy 3 1 topping for $33.00 she ordered 1 pepperoni, 1 sausage and 1 bacon plus 3 dipping sauces, the pepperoni and sausage had plenty of topping, the bacon, I promise 2 small tiny amounts to 2 slices, to make things worse they didn’t package the dipping sauces. I work hard for my money and would have appreciated a little effort to get the order correct.
