0 stars. I tried to place a carryout order online to be picked up this evening and it glitched repeatedly, charging my card 4 times but never actually placing the order. Only 2 of the charges reversed leaving 2 charges on my bank account. The store refused to honor my order as I didn’t have a confirmation code. The only option I was given was to give them the order over the phone, pay AGAIN, and not even be given the online price because they wouldn’t honor the online coupon either. Now, I’m waiting for the dispute to finalize with my bank for those other 2 charges still pending on my account preventing me from accessing those funds.

Meats pizza was very good. A little slow to be waited on while they had to place order tickets on boxes. A little less “hun” from someone 1/3 to 1/2 my age would be a bit more appropriate.

Great and hot pizza from friendly workers! The food has always been great and has never been delivered late or cold. Every order I have placed has been delivered quickly with a friendly smile and a perfect order with no errors. Definitely a great pizza place for the family with delicious pizza and desserts!

Ordered a 10″ garden special and discovered after I arrived home that it had sausage and pepperoni on it. I arrived to pick it up 15 minutes before the time I had designated and it was already prepared and on the shelf getting cold.

I asked them to make one of our pizzas with garlic sauce instead of pizza sauce (which is the way they make the cheese bread and the way we’ve ordered numerous other times with no issue). The girl on the phone said she asked the GM who said it isn’t possible and when I shared we had done it numerous times, she refused to speak to the GM again. Our order was going to total over $50 but I just told them to cancel and we will go elsewhere.

We ordered pizza two hours ago and they told us it would be 30-40 mins until it got to our house. Called three times. Each time was a different story. They then told us they gave it to a door dash driver and don’t know who took it. They refunded us and gave us 50% off our next order as their apologies, we are still waiting and hopeful for pizza as I am now cooking dinner for my family and tired of waiting. Let’s not start on how hungry we are after not eating lunch!

We ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza tonight and the box is even labeled as such however inside the pizza is covered with jalapeños and pineapples. Why? Like why on earth? No meat just pineapples with jalapeños. Those flavor combinations are just not for me. Thankfully they got my kids pizza right. Super disappointed. Spent what I had left until payday because I had a busy day at work, need to go to the store, hadn’t eaten all day because I was busy at work and then I open my box to find something we didn’t order and not even edible due to the toppings. I don’t normally leave bad reviews and my kids pizza was accurate and delicious. Delivery man was nice as well. Just wanted what I ordered. 🙁
