Pizza had been thrown around it looks like I paid 25$ after delivery tip for this. Update Arron the the manager of operations made things right with this pizza the guy who handed me the pizza was nice but the little girl that works there idk if she’s a manager had a black shirt on the attitude was unnecessary if you done your job right in the first place I wouldn’t of complained I definitely won’t be back ever again she gave me attitude in front of my daughter very unprofessional and I’m done with this place even if my family works for this company

Called and placed an order for two large pizzas. Nothing fancy. I get told 30 minutes and I get there 10 minutes later. I know I’m early but figure I’ll go ahead and pay. Plus, you never know, they could be a little earlier. I pay and ask if there is a better estimate of when it might be ready so I know if I can run next door. After looking around I get rudely told “1 hour at least”. I would not have placed the order if I had been told that, so I ask for a refund. Tried to tell the manager their call center is saying 30 minutes only to be rudely told to leave. This is now a store I will starve before returning to order again.

I order from this location usually twice a week. I’m huge on food safety. One time I was in, an employee’s child was there, being held and played with, then was sat down on the makeline where the pizza doughs are stretched. The time I was there before last, a portion of my wings were dropped on the floor and I didn’t have time to wait to have a single wing cooked. I was never offered a replacement or a discount, or even an apology.

Placed a $60 carryout order at this location. When I arrived to pick up my food they refused to give me the garlic knots I paid for. They said they didn’t see them on the order. I showed them the receipt on my phone that clearly shows I paid for them. They said the only thing I could do was call the general manger. They gave me her number which I called about 15 times while standing there in the store. She repeatedly sent me to voicemail. This is terrible customer service! I will be disputing this transaction with my bank and won’t be returning to Papa John’s. Buyer beware they will rip you off!!
