My co-worker and I had to eat this for our lunch break. The pizza was not good at all, dry, obviously old, and hard…the bread sticks were absolutely terrible, over cooked, and rock hard. Everything looked, felt and tasted like it was made waaay before I even ordered it, like someone had canceled their order and they saved it for a long time to give it to the next order, and it wasnt even slightly warm…it definitely was not made fresh. I get it was ordered close to closing time but to hand out this terrible quality “food” to a paying customer.

Whether it’s this Papa Johns or the entire company, they frequently decide to change their radius on where they can/can’t deliver to. Every other time that I call this location to order for delivery, they say that they can’t deliver out to my area (even though they could do it the time prior). The staff are 9 times out of 10 rude to you too. I know it’s a pizza place, but they can definitely do a little better.

took 30mins longer than estimated and food was only luke warm when it got here. I work 2 mins down the road… I had it delivered so that I could work until it got here. Had they told me that the food was ready but they had no driver, I would of happily gotten the food instead so that I wouldn’t have to eat nearly cold pizza.

How do you make pizza with rings on? I don’t trust their pizza because I’ve seen the cook wearing rings and fixing her pants while making the pizza. It’s not sanitary especially when making food to touch the register and go back to making the food. Nasty place.

I order a supreme pizza and a order of BBQ winz and they say the road to 6240 airpark Drive,chattanooga,TN 37421 was 2 miles to this tore was closed by police by a accident i dont see any traffic on google map so i pay a uber to go to buy the pizza and i call inside the store and the guy tell in front of my talk on the phone the road was closed againd and i faind talk bad about me letter he give me the frozzen pizza and the BBQ winz for free we give the food for a dog and dont wann to eating the food. This is how this manager working with the customer.

I know someone saw these come out of the oven like this… and then stuck them in the box like nothing was wrong. Literally inedible. $50 for two pizzas, breadsticks & a 2 liter (that was forgotten, the driver had to go back and get it) and only one pizza was worth eating. Absolutely ridiculous.

My order was delivered at the one hour mark instead of the 31 – 41 minutes projected. By the time my order arrived the 2 boxes of wings + 2 boxes of pizza were barely warm. I had a house full of relatives that had just disembarked a long flight to Chattanooga, TN. I spent nearly $50.00 on this order + tip for the driver. I have never received such a lackluster quality of product from Papa Johns. I like many other Americans work very hard for every dollar I have. If I didn’t have a house full of hungry people I would have sent the order straight back. The driver was pleasant and looked like he was working very hard, but barely warm food should never be delivered to a home as a representation of your brand. I’ll think twice in the future before choosing Papa Johns. Customer trust is lost.
