Untrained gatekeeping staff that act like they are working off commission are so much fun to deal with. I order a 1 topping carry out all the time for $9.99 and add one extra topping and it comes out to $12 and change. Today I had to displeasure of being told a black olive and pineapple pizza with NO CHEESE was going to to be $20+ dollars. When I asked why the price was nearly double what I’m used to the condescending, self-righteous, indignant tone I received in return, was something I wasn’t expecting to deal with just trying to order a quick dinner. Some people should be left and forgotten in a cubicle and never have the chance to mouth off to a customer. I guess papa johns finds this service trait highly desirable.

I ordered from Papa Johns for the very first time and they got my order completely wrong. I live three minutes from the store, and the tracking said that they were on their way and it would be an hour! Of course it was incorrect, but I panicked for a moment knowing that there was no way a pizza would be hot after an hour. The delivery driver was very nice and I did not check the pizza before he left. I was too hungry to do anything about it, but I had ordered a cheese pizza and received a pepperoni pizza. And it wasn’t that great. Also, there was no option to order a smaller pizza. I was ordering for one and was forced to order an extra large. $28 and most of it went to waste. I won’t go back there again.

The reason for the 5 stars is because of the customer service. I ordered two large pizza’s a extra cheesy and a grilled chicken with stuffed crust. I have eaten papa johns for many years and the quality pizza was not there at all. I usually don’t leave reviews or complaints but I just couldn’t justify spending 26 dollars. But about an hour later I received a call from the manager who rectified the bad quality pizza. They are short staffed and most of the guys making pizza are in training. i am confident the pizza will go back to standard soon with the quality leadership at this store. I will be back

We decided to get pizza for dinner after being in traffic and it was so hot outside! Papa John’s was just down the street very convenient. I came to place my order and the manager said that he was locked out and could not take my order. So I stepped aside so that the call Ins could get their order, which was fine. A young lady with a nose ring took my order, she was polite. I saw a young man with long sweaty hair preparing the food. He had a balk cap on so I was not too upset. I started to notice no one washed their hands! The manager kept pulling a small wod of money out of his pocket and counting it. Then he would look in the prepared pizza boxes and look at the order tag. The guy that was preparing the pizza would push his glasses back on his face, wipe his eyes and nose. He would also grab his beard and the shelves the Pizza boxes were on. When an order came in he would grab the raw dough and started preparing the pizza without washing his hands gross!!!!! Needless to say I don’t care how hot it is outside and how much traffic there is. I will not be back!

Unfortunately, I regret to leave a rather negative review of this particular Papa Johns Pizza establishment. As someone who values hygiene throughout the entirety of my day, I do not usually carry cash on my person. One day, I felt enough time had passed since my last visit to a Papa Johns Pizza establishment and I decided to reset the day counter to 0. However, to my despair, this Papa Johns Pizza establishment was not accepting cards on the day that I went to get my large cheese pizza with EXTRA pineapple. I was crushed. I had to place to go other than home to cook food rather than spend $16. Overall, I was not satisfied with this particular visit.

These guys are AMAZING. I ran VERY late to pick up my pizza order, and they took one look at my pizza and told me they couldn’t give me an old gross pizza. They baked them fresh for me, even though it was MY FAULT. I didn’t ask. The manager said they were very slow anyways, and the quality of their pizza mattered to them too much. Wow. Best customer service EVER.

I ordered two pizzas and a pizza cookie using the app. The app gave me a 45 to 60 minute window for delivery. After 90 minutes of no pizza I called to inquire about my order. I was told the driver should arrive in 5 minutes. Nope. 15 minutes later I get my pizzas but no pizza cookie. The pizzas were also cold… not kinda hot, not warm….. but refrigerator cold! What kind of service is this? I’ve been ordering from this location for two years and this was garbage.
