We ordered around midnight tonight and our food was fresh and delicious! The pizza was made to perfection (Stuffed Crust bbq chicken pineapple) and the cheese sticks were just as great. This restaurant has come a long way. I completed one of their online surverys one time when we weren’t happy with our order. A corporate customer serrvice rep contacted me within a week, and offered a coupon for a free pizza of my choice. We are fortunate to have such a great pizza place so close, and so affordable. I find the drivers to always be courteous and professional. The pizza reaches quickly, and is always hot and delicious. I highly recommend that even if you are out of their delivery area, then picking it up at the store is well worth the trip. I highly recommend this store/location.

Ordered in person for carry out. Cashier seemed unfamiliar with menu. After getting back to my hotel, discovered I had received wrong order even though they had my name. Didn’t want to make another trip back so ate it anyway…definitely not what I would have ordered.

I have to give 5 stars. For the most part our pizzas are always done right from here. We customized two pies to light sauce and it got to us with too much tomato sauce. Having to wipe and it just doesn’t taste like it should. I called and spoke with the general manager Leonard Buyers he got on the phone and he made it right for us. It’s really rare for businesses to do this but he was good to us and they just gained a loyal customer. He was pretty awesome! Thank you Leonard and Papa John’s!!!

I love you papa johns but half way eating through this slice and I realize it taste and looks super doughey…I still ate it cause I was starving but them Hershey runs gonna hit me tonight. I’d appreciate if there was a way to make sure future pizzas are cooked throughly or fix your oven idk.

Worst pizza joint ever! Horrible customer service from the female that works there. soggy half baked with a ton of sauce. Cant take up a slice without the cheese and toppings just floating and slide off! WORST PIZZA JOINT EVER!!!

The pizza was really good. However, their customer service was even better. I didn’t update my app and still had an address for our hotel stay when first visiting this area. The manager and delivery driver were great – they delivered the pizza to where we live even though it wasn’t in their normal service area. It was above and beyond. They are proof that solid customer service hasn’t completely disappeared.
