I’m not just biased because I used to work here. Papa Johns has the best pizza hands down. I could eat here every day if i had to. They have a great variety in flavors and combinations. Or you can make your own. They have THE BEST pepperoncini peppers. And if you have never tried the cheese flavored dipping sauce, I highly recommend it!!

I have placed large orders at this location with no problems in the past. I called last week and spoke with the manager and advised I would need 120 pizzas, an almost $2500 order, for Tuesday. She confirmed that it would not be a problem. As i have done in the past I place the order online the day prior. I placed the order this morning online and called to confirm everything was in place and the manager advised that they could not accommodate the order. This puts me in really bad spot having to now find 120 pizzas in one day. Thanks Papa Johns for your service in the past but you really let me down today!!

We were passing through on our way to Florida and just wanted a simple pizza. We had had multiple issues with apps for both dominos and papa John’s, but a female worker called us from the store to explain the glitch, offered to take our order and to get it back in the queue. She remembered our conversation when I dropped by to pick up my order. She was chipper and polite. The chicken parm bites were super tasty and a new menu item order for us. The pizzas were cooked perfectly (well done). Thank you for continuing to provide excellent customer service and quality food that is the same as the Papa John’s that we have tasted in NJ, NY, IL, FL, TX, CA, and PA.

Despite, my problem being a huge problem with another worker, she resolved and responded perfectly. High praises to that woman bc she is the only reason I’m not blasting yall all over right now.

If I could give no stars I would. I had placed an order for drinks to be delivered and I was gonna pay cash as it gave the option, an employee calls saying I see your order but our driver is already heading out in that direction with orders so would you like me to cancel it or call them back to grab it, I stated I wanted the drinks and willing to wait. Then the manager calls trying to say I had an extra order and that if I wanted the drinks I needed to put a card on file for the door dasher to bring it with my food. I stated 3 times I only ordered drinks and the manager still insisted that he had to have a card on file before my drinks could be delivered, and when I said for a 4th time all I ordered was drinks and all I had was cash he got an attitude and said well we can’t just deliver drinks and was very rude said he was the general manager and I’m sorry that’s poor customer service. I have never hand any issues ordering just drinks and having it delivered until tonight. The Last time I ordered from them my family got food poisoning. I will never use this location again and may never eat from the chain again with the poor customer service.

I made an order on the app for 130pm. I showed up at 1:25pm and they told me the order was not in the computer. They said I likely made the order at a different store on Michigan Avenue. I left to go to Michigan Avenue. I showed up at the store and they said they also didn’t have the order. Called the Tillmans corner store back and they said they had my order. The computer did not send it through. When I drove back, they still wanted me to pay full price. No discount of any kind was offered for their mistake, after I chased this pizza for an hour, I told them to keep it and I will not go back to this location.

My pizzas were ready in 5 minutes. I was surprised to learn they have a 5 minute pizza oven, I’m used to waiting at least 10 minutes for pizzas after ordering. The cashier was friendly and professional, which is why I gave 4 stars. The pizza was good enough to satisfy.
