Just ordered some pizza for delivery spent 50 dollars on food and 12 dollar tip for driver. I tried to request plates and cups in the other info box but did not have room after explaining where my apartment is so I called the store and they said I have to do that when I place my order so I said okay and hung up I then called again and asked them to please update my order to include plates and cups and they said they would. Well pizza arrives and no cups or plates also missing an extra ranch dip for my wings and some cheese sauce for my breadsticks not a huge deal but pretty annoying and customer service received from employee in store was sub par. However the driver forgot my 2 liter and said it was in the car and she promptly got from her car and was apologetic for the plates and cups. I expected more from them I can see not getting cups and plates since I called them in and as stupid as extra sauce is its the principal

I order my pizza and i look to the side they have no gloves on. Very unprofessional customer service. Making separate pizzas but i haven’t seen anybody with gloves or washed their hands after touching the cash register or opening the refrigerator. Cooperate needs to do their job and shut it down asap covid still going on !!

This was my first time ordering with them and it was terrible. I never even got my pizza. I placed the order online and the delivery guy came but by the time I went downstairs to get it no one was there. They cancelled my order online so I placed another, in hopes of catching them on time before he got too far away so that my pizza wouldn’t be cold. They answered after calling from another phone(because they were leaving my other number ringing) to tell me they tried calling and no one answered and that they weren’t coming back. I was extremely disappointed and really was looking forward to trying the food and was planning to leave a nice tip just for the trouble. Definitely won’t be getting any more of my future business or attempts at any business from here on out.
