I absolutely love this location. I get pizza pretty regularly, and anytime I have ever had an issue they have been more than happy to take care of it. Lately, they had a few issues with delivery drivers, which I know is not their fault, but they went above and beyond to take care of it! Thank you for the amazing service always!

This location needs to get back to basics the management team needs retraining in customer service they are rude and very short with customers and employees as well no consideration for customers in any form. This is a third person account I watched an interaction with a general manager and a customer while waiting for my pizza he had gotten a delivery that was late the pizza that had to be warmed in the microwave 60$ worth he wanted a refund she replied very short with an attitude that he had to wait till she got something back from whatever service papa John’s used to delivered it. that upset me and it wasn’t my order. the pizzas look to be cooked and placed on uncleaned tables as my last delivery ever had raw flour on the bottom. Their restaurant walking in the door you can see flour footprints leading out the door the door mat is almost white with the same flour meaning the cleaning skills are very poor. Use your own judgement.

Terrible. Only got bread. Only got a few tiny pieces of meat and veggies. Will never go there again. All you get is bread and a slither of cheese. Terrible. A complete waste of money. Get your pizza from some place else. Do not get pizza from here. My husband told me to go elsewhere. I should have listen. I thought we would be safe with getting something familiar. Waste of money and time. Our Papa John’s is so much better.

Shorted part of my order , manager refused to talk to me on the phone , yelled her comments to the employee on the phone with me . Waiting over 2 plus hours for redelivery of shorted item. My bill was almost $60.00, I refuse to order or recommend this location in the future. They need better management that has communication skills. Thank you, Well it is 9:55 pm and I still have not received my shorted item that I was told would be re- delivered. I called at 7 :18 pm. Poor service 100%. Well they never delivered or call back so I guess my loss. I will never order again . I’m done.

Ive had better pizza leftover from a gas station. I dont even want your “free replacement pizza” . You should be embarrassed charging that much for not better ingredients not better pizza. Totinos frozen crust from Walmart in the microwave is better.

Getting a stack of pizza’s the first night of beach vacation is the way to go. We just want to get settled in, pick up groceries for the week, eat and have no cleanup. We used to try to get pizza’s from Walmart and juggle getting them in and out of the oven, but it’s just too much hassle to feed 18 people. We eat a lot of Papa John’s and log out points on the app, so this racked up a bunch of points for us. Looks like we’re getting another free pizza after this trip. Just saying. We’ve been doing the beach scene for years and this is the way to go. Pizza’s we’re as ordered. Oh, also, there were DoorDash people in and out while I was there. That’s another option. Anyway, everyone liked the pizza again, and leftovers were gone by lunch on day two. Manager was friendly and chatted with me while working with her crew. Thanks again, PJ’s.

I would like to recognize Devin at the Foley location. I was arranging a pizza party for a large group at 11:30 AM on a day that the location opened later. She came in early to make our pizzas and went above and beyond getting them delivered to us. We are so thankful. Additionally, the pizza was hot and fresh.
