Found hair literally cooked in my food. The manager “tammy” or something bc of the nature could’ve cared less. And because I ordered through door dash there was no compensation or remorse on their part. Also I paid extra for the toppings and there was barely anything in it.

We used to order from this location almost every weekend, but the last couple orders have been very disappointing. The toppings were hidden under the cheese which left them soggy and we could tell it was an attempt to hide the lack of extra toppings we paid for. We have also paid for sauces and not received them on multiple occasions. There must be new management at this location and it definitely shows. After the last few poor customer service experiences we won’t be ordering papa johns anytime soon.

Took longer than expected. Apparently some delivery driver took my order I placed for pick up, on his delivery.. Kinda annoying how he didn’t really notice or care to check the box for the destination, pick up/delivery, or anything to determine it wasn’t his delivery. I mean I get it, stuff happens, people mess up, I’ve been a delivery driver for years myself so again I get it. What I don’t get is how you go about 9-10 mins away from the store with no destination..no idea where your order is going and you don’t think twice about it noting possibly being the right order. I could understand more if he took 1-3 orders at a time but the guy literally only had mine.. Again I’m not that upset about it. I still got my pizza decently hot/fresh. Pizza was good too don’t get me wrong. Again it just kinda annoyed me having tl wait around 10 extra minutes for a guy who didn’t even have the slightest clue where he was taking his “delivery” and was needed to be called by the manager and told before he even noticed an came back. Just my experience is all. No harm no foul. Just an inconvenience lol

If I could rate them 0 Star I would, the cashier with the purple hair is very rude and the manager was equally rude and did not even offer an apology. Everyone was unprofessional. Bugs crawling on the floor and the place looks unsanitary.

I stopped getting pizza from here, and only thing I would get now is brownies, until tonight lol. Waited in the parking lot til they were ready, then pulled up to the window and waited for at least 5 mins. I counted about 4 employees, 2 walked by us without a word, so I left. I think they all got high and forgot they were at work, looked like it, lol. They can keep that 8 dollars, may need it. Were not busy at all, btw.

With adding stuffed crust to the already delicious BBQ Chicken Bacon pizza, Papa Johns stepped up their game. So when I ordered it tonight I was drooling like a dog during thanksgiving. The app said it was ready so I went to pick it up, and alas, it had disappeared into the rush of Saturday’s pizza craving rush. Having to wait an extra 35 minutes to get my pizza had me very angry and I was planning on telling the employees my dissatisfaction. Before I could really even say anything, the General Manager was the one that handed it to me and had already made it right. With so many choices for pizza, Saturdays can be stressful around 6pm when we yet again can’t decide what to eat. However, this papa johns has earned my business for as long as I live here. I used to think customer service was dead, but if you have a problem with this place, they will make it right. Thank you, sir for your generosity and old school respect for your customers.

Ordered before leaving home was told 15 to 24 minuets. Arrived 20 mins later to drive thru window so knew possibility might have to wait. Told at window my pizzas were next out of the oven if I would pull to the front and they would bring them out. I waited 20 more mins and inside at this point handed two cold pizzas and one they had taken back to the back to pull off pepperoni and pulled off cheese so it was unacceptable so I asked the gentleman if they could remake them and he said yes. I then sat to wait. Told it would take 12 mins. 10 more mins of waiting a manager comes out and aggressively tells me they are not remaking the pizzas. Then when I asked for number to talk to corporate she then told me she would not give me that number and her boss was on vacation and she was it.

It took me just over 4 minutes to order 1 Papadia. Just 1. Nothing else. Nothing special. The person taking my order was ridiculously thorough. This weird central calling thing that Papa John’s has is so odd and I don’t find it productive.
