At no point in time was the staff unfriendly or rude I just want to put that out there. I ordered pepperoni and extra cheese, the pizza looked great, however it certainly did not have extra cheese on it, I could see dough and sauce. I called and asked if they would be able to credit my next order for the cheese/topping, however I was informed that there was 4 CUPS of cheese on this pizza & it was correctly made. It became obvious that nothing was going to happen & I called corporate who then informed me to call the store… so feedback loop complete with no resolution & meanwhile I paid $37 for an incorrect pizza, pretty expensive even these days. Hot & Ready Little Ceasars for $6 sounds better for next time because it would be the exact same thing for $30 cheaper.

My husband went two weeks ago and got us pizza. We ordered two large. A week later I set down to balance my check book and see they hit us for $77.70 for two pizzas. Which should have only been $39 Called the store no one would help told me to call the main office I called and can’t get any response. So buyers beware if you use your debit card you better check the transaction immediately. I will never buy from Papa Johns again. They are crooks.

So I want to clarify this place told me over the phone that they cannot send out any more deliveries because of the gas shortage here in town. So I drive up to the restaurant to call in a order for pickup and what do I see when I pull into the parking spot I see a Papa John’s delivery driver packing there vehicle on a delivery run. And the third issue is when I called to order a pickup the man tells me that the lobby has been closed since 8:00 No where does it say that online. And the dude that answered the phone comes outside and hangs out with someone in front of the shop. This Papa John’s is not getting my business and I will be calling the owner in the morning.
