Would never order here again. Took 2 hrs from the time we ordered for it to be delivered everyone was hungry for the delivery man to drop off cold pizza. I was told that they were sorry there was nothing they could do they only had two deliver people on shift.

I typically don’t make any kind of reviews but I feel like this particular place needs it. Even though I never order from here I however did work here and I was highly disappointed in the management all the way from the store manager down to his assistant managers that go out back while on the clock to smoke pot and then decide to cancel orders because they don’t feel like making them when it’s close time to closing and to top it off the store manager is dating his assistant manager talk about very unprofessional would not recommend for a place of employment.

Great customer service but I was just there for a doordash pickup the owner of the place really needs to invest in some lights for the outside the location everything was completely dark invest in some driveway lights some solar lights for the entrance couldn’t see where it was that area is just completely dark from the road

Needed to cancel order due to emergency and wasn’t going to be able to pick up order. Called 5 times and call was immediately hung up. So I am out that money luckily I used my papa dough so am only out $10. Will not be ordering from Papa Johns again. At least Dominos answers the phone.

The worst absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza company. Customer service doesn’t exist. They’re very disrespectful, very rude, not only did they hung up in my face because of a mistake that they made. But they refuse to answer the phone for an hour and a half after the fact, just avoid me calling back, and speaking to a manager!! I will never order from this location again. Please do not waste your time and money. It isn’t worth it.

We just traveled all day from out of state. I ordered a pizza, cheese bread and a soda. I got the confirmation email at 630pm with an ETA of 75 minutes. That’s a long time but I was ok with it. I had things to do around the house while I waited. The pizza came within 30 min. That’s the fastest I think I have ever gotten delivery. It was all hot and fresh too!! Very thankful and happy with everything!

Just tried to use my quality redemption that I received from the main manager because my order said it had been delivered but I had not receive it yet. The manager told me that if I do not receive my order within the next 10 mins to call back to get a redemption. It was not delivered and when I called back I spoke with a lady and she told me when I wanted to use the redemption just to let them know that I have a quality redemption to use. When I called back to use my redemption I was told that it they didn’t have record of my redemption and that I could have spoked to the manager because he doesn’t stay past 5. So the associate basically told me I was lying since he doesn’t stay past 5. When i told the associate she was telling me I was lying, she told me that i was being rude to her and hung up on me. My original order was placed on August 26 through the app.

There was an old woman at the register who didn’t know how to use the app. She took like 20 minutes to get it working. Now, a normal person would use the other register to allow me, the only other customer to make my order, or mahbe get someone else to do it. Instead, I was forced to wait 20 minutes to get my order taken, and then another 20 minutes for the pizza to get to me. I’ve waited longer at other places, but at least they had good pizza, here it was just ok
