Not going to lie, I am disappointed as all get out. I am a big papa johns fan. Prefer it over every other chain. However, tonight, they never marked my order ready for pick up so I just went by 40 minutes later and this was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was so incredibly dry and I could see most of the crust under what should have been covered in sauce and cheese. When I called, the guy offered a credit but was honestly unconcerned and a little rude. He just hung up. We continued eating our other pizza only to find a hair cooked into and under the cheese.* Correcting this to say MULTIPLE hairs throughout our entire second pizza.

I’ve always loved Papa John’s Pizza, and loved this location when I found it. In the past year or so, I’ve noticed a major decline in the food. Especially, ordering for delivery. When you pay as much as you pay for the food and then wait as long as you have to wait, you don’t expect burnt (literally burnt and hard) garlic knots. One of my favorite items to order. This last order, they are burnt crusty and too hard to chew. I think this will be my last order. Sadly, it seems everything just goes down hill, and this is one of them. Quality control, and people caring about the product has gone downhill for not only Papa John’s, but many businesses.

I am a long time supporter of Papa John’s, this is no more. I ordered a meal from here tonight, and while it was tasty, the difference between what I ordered vs what I receive is despicable. A mostly full tray turned out to be something that didn’t even fill the bottom of the tray.

This Papa John’s is a roll of the dice for whether you are going to have a good time or a bad time. In my last two orders I ordered the new Papadida and they were vastly different experiences. The first came within the allotted time, was hot, and delicious. Then second arrived two hours after ordering, was cold, and the box which contained it was smashed. Boxes being flattened or smashed has been a new terrible thing, because in both orders a pizza was also bought and both times the box had been flattened. I cannot believe I am going to crawl back to Dominoes or Pizza Hut. Basically, if you are going to have Papa John’s, flip a coin.

It was a terrible experience. Pizza was cold! Saw the driver pass our road a couple of times. The driver was nice though. I called the manager (Kieth) cause we ordered a pizza that said no cheese clearly then he persisted to tell me I ordered the pizza wrong. If there was a question shouldn’t there be a call made about the order? I see now a lot of complaints about the same issues; being someone that manages a Google account I know someone sees these complaints everytime there made. I believe corporate should revoke this franchise if they can’t resolve these issues. I called and the guy waited to answer me until the 25 second mark and then he said hello I said who am I speaking with? He replied who are you looking for? I said someone in charge. He said this is kieth. Ok like I know who Keith is????? Come on better customer service and idc I won’t come back and would never recommend this place. Oh and I had to cut the pizza myself.

Ordered 2 steak and cheese papadias both with extra steak. I picked up the order and drove 40 minutes home ready to dive in when i opened the boxes I was so angry, there was way less steak on each than the original papadia, I called and complained and the manager argued and said he made them so he knows they had at least the original amount of steak below are the pictures lol (he did offer free replacements next time) but this is sad 7 pieces of steak total on 1 and 5 pieces and crumbles on the second.

Quick and accurate pizza order. Nice staff. The only concern would be the Papa Tracker estimated 60 minutes for my pizza but said it was already baking. If I had waited that long my pizza would have been cold.

We are disappointed with the quality of the pizza. We ordered a large super Hawaiian with banana peppers original crust and an extra large shaq-a-roni original crust. The dough was flat like a thin crust and overcooked like it had been prepared for awhile. It definitely did not taste like their chewy bread stick dough that they are known for to dip in their cheese sauce. Their manager made our pizzas and claimed they were original and he forgot to put on the banana peppers. I’d hate to see what a thin crust looks like.

Not HAPPY! [Store #370, T.Carl Jones, Huntsville, AL, order#0027, 4:48pm, 12/14/21, in-person carryout] Even gave a 10% tip. Ordered a Medium (double sausage and green peppers) pizza and 8 piece barbecue chicken. Charged $24.03 + $2.16 tax = $26.19 + $2.61 tip = $28.80 total. Got double cheese sausage & green peppers. NOT DOUBLE SAUSAGE!!
