This is the second time I’ve rated this store and this time was even better than the last! Every single time I go they are so polite. The lady who gave me my order was wonderful tonight! Ordered over the phone. Was told 20 minutes to pick up. Arrived after 20 minutes. Was told it would be a sec. They seemed confused. Waited 20 more minutes to be told they never made my pizza. Luckily I didn’t pay. Walked out with no pizza because I waited long enough. Terrible communication and customer service. Nobody knew what was going on. Probably won’t return
