I’ve always had good experiences ordering from this papa John’s. Except once, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I had ordered a 30pc honey chipotle chicken bites, (which I had ordered several times so knew what to expect) and there was about 7 drops of sauce on them. So I took a picture and emailed them. The manager was great and told me she’d make a note for me to get a free one, just call and place my order. A few days later I called to order a pizza and get my replacement chicken bites, and the lady on the phone told me in order to redeem them I’d have to call the store back and press 5 and ask the manager to ok it. Or something along those lines. No big deal I’ll do it next time I order. A week or so later I call and dial 5 from the start so I can redeem them and it wasn’t even the manager it was another woman who was very rude, and put me on hold twice for like 10 minutes each time. She gave me an attitude like I was putting her out, I told her I still need to order pizza as well, and it was like it was an issue, they usually ask how you’re going to pay.she assumed cash. When I told her card I could just hear the frustration in her voice. It was like she was mad at me bc my order got messed up and I wanted to redeem something that was promised to me. I told her to have a nice night, she just hung up. I almost never complain. And that was the first time in a very long time probably a couple years that I asked to get something replaced for free. Idk she just made me feel like I was wrong, or the bad guy and all I was doing was placing an order. Though I still order from here out of convenience… And the food is good. That’s the only bad experience I ever had there though and I’ve been ordering from here since 2019. All the other staff and the manager is great. I wish I had gotten the rude woman’s name. Sorry this was long and I kinda rambled. I would still recommend 7/10

Got a large pizza delivered to my home which is less than half a mile away from the store . The order arrived 2 hrs late. The manager stated that they were low on staff and Im like if you cant provide the proper service then close early or something. The delivery driver was apologetic but I definitely would have canceled this order if it wasn’t for my pregnant wife wanting pizza.

The worst experience ever tonight I order a pizza paid for it over the phone when my husband got to the store they could not find my order but the money came out my account poor Customer service The manager tried to make it seem like we were trying to steal a $13.45 pizza she didn’t give us our money back and didn’t give us our food. I will be calling corporate Not to mention, my husband spent 45 minutes down there. Trying to prove to this lady that we paid for our food. After Going back and forth At the end, she tried to give him a pizza. And my husband declined it because while standing there the pre dope pizza. Had flies flying all around it.thats why he Declined it So sad that people act this way

I love Papa John’s but I had only recently gone there and the food was not the greatest. It wasn’t bad but not up to the old standard of Papa John’s

I am so appreciative of the transmission fluid left in Morris’ driveway. We will only be getting Papa John’s from now on. Sadly you don’t deliver to my house, but you should I give bigger tips for transmission and oil signatures in my driveway.

Best pizza place around! Don’t listen to Morris’s review! They leaked Trans fluid on their own driveway and tried to blame the poor pizza driver! If anything we all should go to their driveway and pour more Trans fluid on their driveway!

I’m so thankful for Papa Johns on this super bowl Sunday! Morris and his transmission stain (3×4 inch according to his tape measurements) has kept the entire Facebook entertained and has brought our entire community together. Raise hell and Praise Dale!

I was passing through town recently and stopped in with my pregnant girlfriend due to having a sudden craving for pizza. I was hesitant because I really wanted to stop at an Arby’s. After arguing for about 25 miles we stopped in. While we were waiting for our order to finish, my GF’s water broke. I asked where the nearest hospital was. The staff here didn’t want us to waste our money on high priced medical services, they were prepared to help out for the mere cost of a pizza and some appetizers. Health insurance is no joke these days so it was a done deal. After about 18 hours of rough labor and 2 large cheese and sausage pizzas and a 1 liter of 7-UP, my son was born. We were going to name him a combo of my name and father and (future) father-in-laws names which would have made it William Bartholomew Lincoln Boothe. Instead, we were so impressed by the service here that we named him simply “John.”
