Slowest delivery ever. Took over an hour because they sent the driver out with 4 different orders. This is uncalled for. You should know that after the first 2 the next 2 will be cold. The staff is very rude when you call in. This really needs to be handled by corporate. So much for under 30 min.

Ordered a pizza using Uber Eats. Opened the pizza and sauce and toppings were only in the middle of the pizza. Had two whole inches on pizza crust all the way around the pizza with apsolutely nothing on it. No toppings or sauce. When I spoke to the store manager, she was willing to make me another pizza however, when I told her it was delivered by Uber Eats she told me I had to call them to place the order. Uber Eats told me they would document the problem so it does not happen again but would not replace the order……

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken pizza that had whole onions on it, not sliced but the whole dang thing and it wasn’t even cooked all the way. Papa Johns at this location has went down hill. Better off buying a pizza at Walmart.

It was horrible. The pizza was slimy and nasty. We took it back and the mod Lacey was rude and wouldn’t open the door screamed at us to call. Then proceeded to the back of the store and called the police on us. The driver pulled up we explained it to her and we never seen her again and then we was trespassed! Great job papa johns!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Papa John’s is my favorite pizza, but this store is horrible. The wait time is always an hour and a half. It has been this way for the past 6 months! I usually just order online for pickup (which doesn’t give you an estimated ready time until AFTER the order is placed), only to receive an email 5 minutes later saying the ready time is an hour and a half… for pizza… When calling the store to cancel my order I am put on hold for 20+ minutes. Don’t waste your time with this store!
