This Papa John’s is so wonderful. Delivery is always faster than expected and pizza is always fresh from the oven. Delivery drivers even climb all the stairs to my apartment with no complaint. Yall are doing a fantastic job, keep up the good work!

Ordered at 6:02, after 2 times calling and being promised it was on the way, finally got it just now at 7:19. Pizza and rolls are cold. .05 miles from the store. Wasted 30 bucks.

Ordered two hours ago, still waiting. The estimated time for delivery was 30 minutes. Nobody would answer the phone when I called the store.

I ordered online and was unsure if the order went through because I never received the confirmation email. I called the store and asked if they had my order, and he assured me that they had it and it would be delivered within the hour. An hour and a half later I called again to check the status, and I was told it would be delivered in ten minutes. Twenty minutes later I called again and was told my order never went through. I couldn’t believe it, I was appalled, flabbergasted, dumbfounded, astonished, shocked, and astounded at the news. Very frustrating. I just ended up ordering dominoes and they were very quick.

Waited over an hr for a basic 2 topping pizza. The time to delivery was said to be 22 minutes. Come to find out, they sat on ticket for 20 minutes before even starting the order. Wish we would of ordered from somewhere else but this was the only pizza place that was close to the hotel. My friend is still in the lobby waiting for everyone’s food that was supposed to fast.
