One of the best Papa John’s around. I’m a big Pizza hut lover but the one in the area is terrible so I always order from this Papa John’s instead. For the last 5 years of me ordering from here the orders have been on time. My orders have always been fast, hot and perfect. 10/10

I called in 3 times trying to order the new garlic pizza but each person I talked to including the manager of the store that delivers to my house kept saying they don’t have that pizza as of yet maybe in the next few weeks their computers might update. So I guess I’ll order Domino’s they Always have what the commercials have they put out. To be honest I guess my money isn’t good at their stores

Order on papa John’s app never came said it was delivered called papa John’s in centerpoint al 20 times just rings…called the 1800 number they can give my 65 dollars back up too two weeks….so I drove down there they said there short handed gave it to door dash to deliver it..and they don’t know who the driver was they gave it to…the said a representative with be in contact with me.. never happened. So bye papa John’s

On July 3rd I spent $77 on some pizza only to throw it all away because all the garlic sauces were opened and the delivery guy had something thick and white dripping from his beard I tried calling the store no answer, I even had the main number to order calling the store no answer I will never order from them again (Centerpoint location)

Papa John’s usually is really good but we ordered a large pizza and it came burnt and it wouldn’t have even been that bad had we not been able to taste that it was burnt. We order often and would hate to have to go somewhere else due to the fact that when we called, a manager said that the pizza goes thru a conveyor belt and if he prepared it again it would be the same I was under the impression it was was prepared fresh and if the conveyor belt method burns it then they need to turn the heat down a little bit.

I love Papa John’s because their Pizza is very good especially the extra cheesy chicken alfredo pizza I love it very much. It is never dry and is always feeling if you have chicken but if it’s just cheese then is not as filling but this pizza is always perfect unlike the beef or pepperoni.

This place has tile top tables, the grout is packed with crud from other people’s meals, black and sticky. One time it took 45 minutes to get a baked fish dinner, the server kept promising it was just coming out of the oven, every 10 minutes. The chicken on the salad was so dry, and over cooked, I couldn’t swallow it. One time my brother’s dinner was still frozen in the middle! Third time was the charm. We will never go back.

Ordered takeout online received confirmation. Arrived there 10-15 mins after order was supposed to be ready. They had no clue about my order. Kept asking me if I was at the correct store. Have been trading with that location for at least 20 years. They finally found the order in the computer. Had to wait 25-30 more mins to receive my order. They offered no apologies or anything for the time I freaking wasted waiting. Never again. Marcos Pizza Trussville Alabama will be my go to moving forward. They are a little farther away better pizza and better service.
