This one star rating is specifically for the manager and delivery driver Lea. I ordered my teenager pizza and instead of leaving it at the door like she was suppose to per my instructions for no contact drop off, she asked my daughters for an adult and then called the cops to do a welfare check on my daughters. Be careful if Lea delivers your pizza. She calls the cops to make false reports on customers. When the app notified me my order was delivered, I definitely did not leave her a tip since she most definitely didn’t deserve one. When I called to leave a complaint the manager was very dismissive and said they have no system in place for customers to leave complaints. I’ve since contacted corporate. The one star rating is for Lea and for the manager who sounds like a very tiny young man.

Pizza was missing most of the cheese and had bubbled dough. It was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever ordered. When I called the restaurant about it they offered to replace the pizza but when I asked the manager why they would look at this pizza and think someone would be ok with receiving it because now we don’t have dinner and he gave me a nasty attitude and said “what else do you expect from me?” I have a pic of the terrible pizza for proof and there is no way it should have walked out the door.

Since Papa John’s has always been my favorite I decided to get two large pizzas at the Pell City location on 10/2619. I called the order in two hours before pickup, but when I arrived the order had been lost. I wasn’t in a hurry so I waited while the pizzas were cooked. One was pepperoni and the other sausage. When I arrived home the pepperoni had almost no pepperoni and the sausage had almost no sausage. The only positive thing I can say is that they had ample jalapenos. This was my first and last visit.

Customer service is not hard when you are in the restaurant industry. This location needs a class in customer service and sanitation. At no time should anyone be smoking come back in fix your pizza and did not wash their hands. This location needs a lot of work or just better people that want to deliver a great service.
