I’ve ordered from here countless times. Today was my last. Waited over an hour before I called and cancelled the order. Sure being busy happens, but then put the time for waiting for the pizza at an hour. Not slowly ramping up higher and higher. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Your standard Papa John’s pizza, which I prefer over other chain pizza places. Ordered online and had it delivered. Everything was as ordered/expected with on time delivery. Driver was polite and cordial.

Awful and rude! I called back to let them know that they got my order wrong AGAIN and I specifically told them to not mess this one up please! Instead I got an attitude in return for their mistake. I’m done with this pizza place.

Pizza always over cooked so crust is hard at the bottom, still taste great just please bake it correctly it’s dark and the crust is dark, did not request extra crispy

Website makes it appear you can get delivery for free but beware, they charge you $5.49. This place is 2.1 miles from where I live so not feeling friendly about delivery charges. Also $16.25 for a large pizza is a bit much. Ordered from them vs. my regular Nancy’s pizza because I had BCBS gift card. It wasn’t worth the $10.00 gift card coz the balance due $16.21 isn’t much less than Nancy’s Specialty pizza without the $10.00 gift card and they deliver for free!! Lesson learned – buyer beware.

I am extremely irritated. Picked up my pizzas and thankfully checked them in the car; both were WRONG. My hawaiian was missing pineapple and the double pepperoni had less than the amount of regular pepperoni. Took them inside and asked them to remake them. Fast forward 25 minutes, the hawaiian came out right, pepperoni one was wrong AGAIN! The employee argued with me and I asked for a free pizza for the screw up on three pizzas and wasting now almost an hour of my time. He said the best he could do was “make a note” under the phone number for a discount next time. Riiiight.

I love this location, the front counter guy still recognizes me despite the break we took from Covid. My order is always ready before the time, it’s always right. The drivers are kind and professional. I know my food is always safe to eat here! Thank you guys!
