The staff was very nice. The whole store looked really clean. They didn’t take too long with my food. And it looks pretty damn perfect. Which is really surprising for a franchise. I placed a scheduled order. Was running a little ahead of time so I called and asked if they could go ahead and start it. The person I spoke to on the phone said yes they would go ahead and drop it. This was 32 mins prior to my arrival. I called at 6:23. I went into the store at 6:55. When I went to the counter I was told I wouldn’t be able to get it until the original scheduled time. It’s not that I was told that it wouldn’t be ready until my scheduled pickup time that is the issue. It’s that the person on the phone told me they would go ahead and start the order which is why I went ahead and drove to the store. If she had told me otherwise I would’ve waited. Policy is policy, that’s fine. But when I have to sit in my car for an additional 25 minutes because you told me it would be ready and it’s not, it is a reasonable reaction for me to be upset.

We ordered one pizza for pick up- was never told online that it will be extended wait time. It was estimated as being over an hour…. For pick up…. This is not the first time this has happened. We tried to call the first time this has happened and we were on wait for over 45 minutes to cancel- no one EVER answered- and as I am writing this review, I have been on hold for 22 minutes without ANY answer or person to talk to to cancel my order. This is absolutely ridiculous- the website should either let you cancel or warn you about the wait as before you confirm your order. I will be talking to someone higher about this location.

I like customer service here. They are on top of everything. Even though I have a papa john like 3 mins away, I prefer to drive to this location because the one closer to me, let’s say no good, too many mistakes and problems. Two times in a row of ordering delivery this location has failed to deliver for more than double the estimated time promised. Last time was 2 hours before I had to call and cancel the order. This time it was an hour. The staff at the store automatically place all attempts to call on hold and have bad attitude once they do pick up. Both times it took 20 minutes to cancel the orders.

Placed a delivery online around 6pm and it quoted me a 50 minute delivery estimate. After an hour I realized I was getting pretty hungry and went to my email to have a look at the tracker. Still not even made. Called the store to get an automated answer that goes in circles saying carryout only (why did the website allow my order and take my money?) until it hangs up on me several times, finally got through by spamming buttons at it. Calling a pizza place should be something worth getting excited over, after all pizza is most of Americans favorite food. I understand nowadays technology has taken over with apps but sometimes you have to make a phone call to the store for some reason. My reason for calling the store located at 10959 W Colonial Dr Ocoee Fl this last time was to find out what the delivery time was, after all one would think that with so much technology you would implement delivery times to your app but hey I don’t mind calling. This location has given me the worst over the phone customer service. I was once on hold for over 10 minutes because I had entered the wrong delivery address and needed to change it. I’ve called about 3 times now for various reasons and it seems that no one there has the urgency or care to answer the phone constantly being on hold for over 5 minutes. I expect better from a company as respectable as this, I understand it’s a franchise but this location just like all others contribute to your reputation as a brand. I’ve had lousy employees help me over the phone. Pizza night hasn’t been enjoyable the many times I’ve ordered from this location and it’s the only one around. I love your pizza but it seems that you might be losing a customer if this continues. Picking up isn’t always an option. And it sucks because pizza is supposed to make ones night better, I mean, who doesn’t love pizza? But unfortunately this location has ruined various pizza nights for me and my family. I hope this feedback can somehow better the customer service at this location. Thank you.
