Ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza from them on Uber eats tonight. My pizza arrived with only two slices cut (not even corresponding slices either which makes no sense at all¿) and the rest of the pizza was completely uncut and 90% of the toppings were right in the middle 2 inches of the pizza. It was supposed to be there in 30-40 minutes, got there in 55 minutes. The pizza was terrible. The crust was dry and chewy and barely warm. I’m a long time customer and have been always happy but this was awful. The brownie however was outstanding, loved it.

Honestly, they don’t even deserve a one star. When you call you go to a corporate center to order your pizza they took payment. It came out of my account and then they tried to tell me it didn’t go through and they wanted to take payment again and when I tried to share with them at already went through my account manager was extremely rude to me hung up on me when I called back, he was rude again and told me off. As you can see, I rate a ton of places around and have giving everybody a five star. This is the only one star I’ve ever given because they actually stole from me.

Received a coupon for a free pizza. The coupon says they wanted me to give them another chance to make things right from my last order. It took a really long time to get my order. About a week after receiving the coupon I tried to use it. Online only and has an expiration date of January () 2023. When I entered the coupon it said it was expired. Yet it was 2 days before the date shown. I went ahead and called and placed my order. I went inside to pay and mentioned the coupon error. Cashier could not help me. I paid for the pizza.

I ordered a papa bowl and garlic knots. It was delivered very quickly however… It was not like it usually is. I called and explained what was wrong and the (I believe manager) lady that answered was very nice and had it remade and sent out. It got to me very quickly again and is much much better. I work in restaurants so I know how frustrating it can be to have to remake food. But I always want my guests to be happy. Papa John’s on Cortez has this same mindset. I recommend ordering from them!!!

Placed an order online and said would be ready in approx 17 min. I got there 15 min after I ordered and was told it’s still in the oven and would be about 10 min. I was fine with that, hot pizza is a good pizza. I added extra dipping sauces for the breadsticks and added a 2 liter of soda. Total was around $40 , gave the guy a $50 and was told they done accept $50 bills. Nowhere free online nor did I see anything on the counter that stated they don’t accept those bills, so needless to say they had to throw away the food and I went to 5 star pizza where they gladly accepted my $50. This store has gone down hill over the years. It used to be the best store around as far as quality pizza and great customer service

Commercial said $12.00 for the pizza i ordered with a 2 litter it came to $17.04 that’s not to bad i guess . the staff is polite and quick to serve and well pizza is always good if you can’t get pizza right then I don’t know what to tell you.
