My pizza was delivered burnt to a crisp. The 45 min wait was okay but don’t send out a burnt pizza. The pepperoni was brown it was so done. We did receive a second pizza that was way better, so we really appreciated that.

Well it used to be better, but it has gotten worse and worse over the last 3 months. Tonight we got the wrong pizza, AGAIN. The apple?desert was burnt and dry, and the chicken nuggets were tasteless and I couldn’t figure out what flavor they were supposed to be even though they were swimming in some oil. I do not recommend this particular Papa Johns to anyone.

I would like to start by saying that I have been a fan of Papa John’s pizza since I was a child, so this experience was quite disappointing. I placed an order before 5pm today and did not receive it until an hour and 50 minutes later. Prior to receiving the pizza, the “Papa Tracker” stated that my pizza was delivered, so I called the store to report the fact that the pizza was likely misdelivered. I was told that the tracker did not work. Why would you have a tracker available that doesn’t work? I feel like that’s something that should have been fixed long ago. So I asked management for an estimate. He could not give me an estimated time of arrival for my pizza. All I got was excuses about the number of orders they had to fill. Ok. I get you’re having a hard time keeping up with orders but at least give me an estimate if you know the tracker is not functional. Call the driver and call me back. Something! So the pizza finally arrives… and it’s not even hot. It took so long from creation to get to my door, it was lukewarm at best. If I had not paid in advance, I would not have tipped the driver (although I don’t believe this was entirely his fault), so he should be happy I tipped in advance. I paid a lot of money for my food to get this poor delivery service. Based on this experience I don’t recommend this establishment for your pizza needs. It’s too much money for substandard service. Spend your dollars at a different pizza parlor.

It takes me about 25 minutes to get to Belle Glade so i decided to order online. Just enough time to drive to the location and my pizza be ready. Once i arrived no one greeted me and i see a girl out of uniform in a tank top, shorts, and sandals making the pizzas in the back. I was concerned since she was the only one out of uniform in the building. I had a few people then notice me and ask about my order which no one seemed to be aware of. I let them know i ordered online and the girl in the tank top then proceeds to have attitude with me telling me she called me about my order but that i hung up on her. Clearly on my call list there was no phone call and why would i hang up on someone that i ordered from. Obviously a lie so that she wouldn’t have to make our order. At this point she was starting to argue with me about the order so i just told her to forget about it. In the end im glad i never paid for the order online on top of her not wearing gloves making the pizzas. It must be a night shift problem, and i wish i would have known her name.

Pizza is great and tasty! Delivery time is ok, could be better but lets remember that these are hard time for all businesses and everyone is experiencing staff shortages. Love the Papa Rewards! Literally received a free large pizza with the rewards!

Ordered in person for take out. Cashier said that it would be 10-12 minutes and he was right on! Pizza was hot and tasty. No complaints from us!
