Disappointed is an understatement!!!!! I am a Google reviewer that likes to let others know my honest opinion on businesses. We ordered 2 pizza and bread sticks for delivery. We didn’t get ANY sauce for our bread sticks. Call on hold 10 min. Call again they said they couldn’t help me and transfered my call. They answer to put me on hold again. Did I get to tell them there mistake ! No ! Why ? I didn’t get to talk to anyone! Wow! How unprofessional Papa John’s if you want customers you need to work on customer service ! How highly unprofessional not happy. When you order bread sticks you need sauce ! If you can’t do your job maybe you need new employees! Seriously a very disappointed customer!

Since I’ve moved by this location, Papa Johns has become my least favorite pizza. It’s simply gross. They don’t even melt the cheese all the way. Literally the last 10 times I’ve ordered… Once I ordered extra pepper Chilies, and whatever toppings. Didn’t get the right toppings, and had no pepper chilies. I called and asked to be sent a correct order, and they sent me a pizza with pepper chillies all the way around it, and a packet centered on the pizza that said “special seasoning.” I wish I would have gotten a Picture!

I do not recommend ordering from here. It’s slow and they dump your order on door dash, and once it’s dumped on them you have no recourse so you can just wait until your dasher decides to show up. They tack on a delivery fee and don’t tell you who’s bringing it. Hopefully if you care, now you know.

I’ve been trying for a year to get a pizza. They can’t keep drivers or staff. Every time I call they call me back and say the order has been cancelled because they have no drivers I hate leaving reviews but get it together. I gave it ANOTHER chance and now no one will even answer. I won’t put in another online order because I don’t want to wait to get my money back. All I’ve ever had from this location was a free pizza after getting a call that it would be cancelled, that was a couple of hours after I ordered. I’d love to think they just can’t get new help but after multiple management teams, I’m assuming it’s just the store in general because no one else ever has this issue from other locations. Get it together you guys.
