Ordered online, 15-24 mins. Perfect, I’m 15 mins away. Got back home, the pizza and the cheese sticks crusts were both burnt and the order was cold. I thought they seemed to be on the cooler side when she handed them to me at the store. But after waiting for 10 mins. after I got there because some guy was arguing with her about his order, a packed lobby, giving her my name 4 times, I didn’t care. I just wanted to leave. $30 for pizza, yeah I’ll go somewhere else next time.

Tried and tried to give this location a chance and the food is always bad. Last time my pizza was burnt and chewy. I’ll go here to get their garlic sauce and I’ll put it on my dominos or pizza hut…

Had our pizza delivered like this. “Store Manager” stated she couldn’t issue a refund and only store credit because everything we ordered was ” in the box”. Pizza isn’t even edible. Why would I want to return here to order again. Would rate 0/5 if I could. Super unprofessional don’t order here.

When you walk in you are immediately greeted with kindness and a smile. The pizza I got here was not only great in appearance but very flavorful. I have had pizza from this location on many occasions. I have done both carry out and deliveries. Out of all said occasions I have only had an issue one time, which all places have them, and all it took was a phone call and explaination on my issue. They instantly understood and gladly set things right. Thank you for the positivity and great service!!!

I’m new to Lakeland & this Papa Johns pizza is “mine.” I was ordering pizza for my son and family and he said his favorite was Papa John’s; “Aaron,” yest, the manager at this Papa John’s location in the late aft, took my order over the phone and everything worked so well!

Absolutley the worst delivery times I’ve ever experienced. Tonight for example; I used this flyer they sent me, because it took them about 2 hours to deliver a pizza the last time. It’s been almost 2 hours again tonight. I guess they can’t do better.

The price of pizza at PJ’s has gone up so high and the delivery fee is $5 now. Received my order and the pizza barely had any sauce and it tasted like it had been cooked and then reheated or something. Worst pizza I’ve ever had from there and paid more than I’ve ever paid. Would have been better off with a frozen Tombstone, literally. Never again!
