I ordered a no contact delivery. I heard a knock on my door as I was getting out of the shower. When I made it to the door, there was no pizza. I checked my email and it said it was delivered. I called the store and was told that the driver knocked on my door and called me. I never got a phone call and as I said before- it was a no contact delivery. It should have been left at my door. Instead, the driver left with my order when I did not answer the door immediately. When I called the store, she hung up on me before I even got the chance to say anything.

I usually go to the one in lutz but didn’t want to drive I will never go to this one again it tasted like microwaved pizza from the night before. Cheese was hard and bottom was burnt I know it was bad because my kids love pizza and they didn’t want seconds at all!! Waste of $40 never again

They are Nickel and diming for seasoning packets, we have been papa John’s customers for over couple of decades now. This time when we visited with over $30+ order they asked us to pay for seasoning packets! It is not about if we can afford to buy seasoning packets, it’s the way they are treating their loyal customers! I am very disappointed with them! Good luck

Pizza came out fresh and hot as I ordered it. I ordered through the online app and it went to a different Papa John’s out by University instead of the one here in New Tampa. They help remedy the issue called the other store and have it transferred over for me no issues whatsoever thanks so much. To not have this issue in the future I would put photos of the store that the order is going to on the online app.

I walked into the store today, and the staff was taking turns obnoxiously playing on the PlayStation right in the front, I can’t believe this! An employee did not wash his hands before he made the pizza after grabbing the controller that everybody touched. I also saw them smoking right next to the pizzas!!!! Disgusting! Never ordering from this location again. No wonder my food took so long! Eat here if you want food poisoning.
