Placed an order at 6:28 pm which was supposed to arrive by 7:00 (30 mins) but supposedly said by 7:14 latest. Arrived at 7:30 pm. Order pepperoni meatball and peppers but got ham instead of pepperoni. This is how it looked when first opened it. Not acceptable. Called and the girl on the phone didn’t even apologize and wouldn’t say anything back to me but call for the manager and placed me on hold without even saying anything. Your customer service is trash and needs a little fixing. Papa johns step up your game and fire these inconsiderate employees that don’t care about your customers. Will never order from here again. Would love to know the name of the girl I was talking to on the phone.

‼️Terrible service‼️On April 23 my sister called for takeout and a female worker picked up asking what she wanted to order so my sister said what she wanted, the worker then asked my sister to hold on and when the worker got back on the phone she again asked in a rudely manner (she was already rude from the beginning) “hellooo what you want to order” my sister then said “oh I already said want I wanted” and the worker said “no you didn’t” then proceeded to say “give the phone to an adult”, my sister (almost 30! Btw) then became overwhelmed of how disgustingly rude the worker was to her, from that point I noticed and told her to cancel the order and hang up. Her first time ordering from a Papa Johns and her experience here is now ruined. I’ve ordered from here a couple time but now I’m never recommending this place to anyone! Papa Johns do better and hire better employees!

This Papa Johns location has long history, still here, still preparing pizza for Jupiter citizens. We order every week or two, sometimes is very good, sometimes is good, sometimes the order is wrong, so please check what you are getting. The new app is showing even as the pizza gets prepared, unfortunately after I recently picked my pizza the app was still insisting that pizza is being baked.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS LOCATION IS extremely unprofessional i tried placing a delivery at 1:00am which they don’t close until 1:30 . this lady& guy left me on hold for more then 15 minutes was extremely rude telling me they don’t deliver to a location located in jupiter . which is 7 MINTUES away. From the store please find some people that are willing to work for there HARD EARN MONEY on NOVEMBER 6 2022 im extremely upset !

I can see they had pretty reviews up until about 4 months ago and I can tell you that this is the absolute WORST pizza (if you can call it that) I’ve ever had! NO Sauce and so little cheese that it really really tasted like cardboard I truly cannot describe how bad this food was. It’s bad enough that I ordered it at 7 and got there at 7:50 to pick it up. The cashier was SO rude and said it wasn’t ready yet, after 50 min??? Then after waiting 10 min, she pulled a box from under 5 other boxes and handed it to me saying, “OOPS” I had to leave to meet my mother but please take my warning….GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

General manager Dan was very rude. He accused me of not having a fundraiser card nifty 50 card that I purchased from a local baseball team and trying to scam his employees! I always have problems with this papa johns pizza, whether it’s undercooked or overcooked or from them adding tips on to my receipt without permission! I will never order from this papa johns again they need to retrain their staff on how to make a pizza properly and on good customer service.

My husband found not just one but multiple strands of hair in his pizza. When he called the store and asked to speak to the manager, a female employee on the other end asked who was calling and put him on hold. A minute later came back and asked why he needed to speak to the manager and put him on hold again. Then came back and said we can send you more pizza. Never an apology or an offer for a refund. My husband insisted on a refund. The employee said we would receive a refund in 3-4 days. We will see how that goes. If i could I would give this store a zero for poor customer service and lack of proper food preparation. We will not be eating at this store location again.
