My girlfriend and I ordered a pizza with ranch sauce, and garlic knots. The pizza was delivered without ranch. Then when handed two twenty dollar bills the driver never gave change. Instead took all $40 on a $24 order. Then the driver had to return to the store for the garlic knots without the sauce again. Having paid for the ranch we called for it. The girl that picked up said that she doesn’t understand why I need it. So I asked to speak to a manager she said “no” so I was persistent about speaking with a manager. Eventually she hung up on me. While hanging up she said “I should kick your ass”. I called back two more times. The first time they left me on hold for two minutes before ending the call. The second the same girl picked up and I asked for a manager she said “nope”. So not only did Papa John’s steal money from me but also a Papa John’s employee in the course of her employment with them threatened me with physical violence. This i clearly an ongoing problem from other reviews as of recently. This employee will cause you to be sued and is a liability.

If I could I would give them a zero, but there is no option for it. Can I say unprofessional! This team gave our pizza away and tried to cover it up and say it’s still being made after we order it almost an hour before. We ordered 2 boxes of pizza and we watched them try to hurry make the second box while we’re complaining. Then they tried to say we should’ve came in 15 mins when the site clearly said about 30mins. Then we waited another HOUR after said the other pizza would be done in 5 mins. My husband had to ask one of the workers at the front if she was available for Servicing because she just stood in front of the cash register instead of checking if orders were done. Then they all started arguing with each other about who’s on the clock or not. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE FOR SOME PIZZA. THIS LOCATION CAN KICK ROCKS!

Ordered 2 pizzas got there 20 mins later. Pizza was not made because it was not acknowledged by the cashier.. Then I had to wait an additional 15 to 20 mins for them to make it after they acknowledged it. Then they didn’t even tell me I had to ask them what the issue is …..The young lady with the wrapped turbin scarf on her head kept saying it’s to much people in here over an over based on the fact that her lobby had only 5 people in it waiting on food. Then she proceeded to have a conversation with another employee useing profanity. Horrible service , pizza was cold

If I could give 0 stars I would . Terrible service, the staff sucks. This girl (African American ) young woman argued and cursed me out because I asked her to put a seal on the pizza. & the other workers had to step in so she wouldn’t charge at me! Fire her immediately. Matter of fact shut down the place and hire brand new staff because this is TERRIBLE I AM NOT LETTING IT GO ILL BE BACK TO TALK TO THE MANAGER

On 3/16/23 we ordered a large Parmesan crust meatball pizza. When we received the order, it was a cheese pizza. We called the number back from which the driver had called us (he had trouble finding the house number and called us, so we had the number). When the person picked up, I said he might have switched the boxes and we had the wrong pizza. The person who picked up said he was the manager, not the driver. I told him we had received the wrong pizza and he told us he was out of meatballs. I asked what makes it OK for the store to take an order for a meatball pizza and send a cheese pizza (they did accept the order online). When I asked that question, guess what he did? He hung up on my face. We tried calling back the same number several times but he had turned off the phone. We then called the store and were on hold for more than 30 minutes and still no answer. They might have blacklisted our number. After so much time on hold, we decided to drive to the store to ask for a refund. Both Noel, the manager who took the call saying he was out of meatballs, and the driver Carlos, were at the store. Noel was rude and never even apologized for anything. Noel is a disgrace to Papa John’s. I’ll never order from Papa John’s again. Google should really give us the option to give a 0 star review. This does not deserve not even 1 star.

If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. Placed an order and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for it to arrive cold and missing half of the order. When I called the store, they said they “didn’t sell chicken” – I had ordered chicken poppers online. After arguing they did not refund my order, but instead, charged me twice. I will never purchase there again. The food that did come was late, cold and bland. Spend your money elsewhere

This place used to be sooo good I guess until a new manager took over. The girl that answered the phone was nice said it would take 30mins for a pizza and garlic knots. Showed up 30mins later to get the order. Order wasn’t even put in and other people waiting and no pizzas were made etc. Had a young kid trying to help make them. Very sad. Won’t be back till some changes are made or another management change.

Never got my pizza. Placed an order on the app for delivery and was tracking the order.After waiting more than an hour it was marked delivered but I never got it. I called the store and was placed on hold 15 mins until someone answered and said the driver couldn’t find my house and tried to call me. I never received a call from the driver or even the store to let me know of the issue. They then said they would send it again and after waiting another hour we called back and was again put on hold for another 15 mins just to cancel the order. No explanation or apology was given from the store.

This place should be shut down. Horrible customer service. If they run out of an item, they will deliver some thing else and hope you like it. They don’t pick up their phones once they realize that you want to refund. The store is run by a bunch of little kids who don’t know what they’re doing. If I could give zero stars, I would. Shaquille O’Neal… Please try again.
