Food never arrived from the time that was listed. Called in and was told it would arrive in 15 minutes. Called 20 minutes later and the food hadn’t arrived yet. The person told me the manager was delivering it specifically and was out side. Waited another 5 minutes to call and be told the food was still on its way. The manager was the person I was speaking with apparently, he wasn’t delivering it. Took 1 hour and 45 minutes the whole process.

I’ve never received such poor customer service. I ordered delivery and it never showed up. Never received a phone call from the driver. When I call the store I’m met with a very rude impatient person that says she was a manager. My only option was to pick up more order. When asked for her name I got yelled at and they hung up on me about 5 times. When I went to the store to pick up my order they refused to refund the delivery charge and apparently there were two managers on shift. Both refused to give me their names. 100 percent the worst experience I’ve had at any establishment.

I ordered a clean cut pizza. When I picked it up, it was not cut through at all. The female manager said oh let’s make you a new one when I came to get the second one was cut on the top not all the way through the pizza and when I picked it up, everything fell off for the worst experience eating pizza I’ve ever had for the femaymanager was not helpful at all and quite rude when I was still talking, and she ignored me completely

Pathetic example of fast food pizza. This establishment should be shut down, first for the over priced swill, and second for the lack of customer service! Prerequisite to working here must be: inept careless and rude! Avoid this place at all costs! The delivery drivers don’t even look for addresses, the food gets turned over without Apology! Then you call and try to resolve the issue and a “so- called manager” questioning a customer’s perception! I hope this whole company goes out of business!

Unprofessional young idiots working this place. 1st they deliver my order incomplete. 2nd I called to save the driver time from having to come back to my home to receive a refund for missing pizza, rude little boy answers and then hangs up. 3rd call back for a manager unprofessional little girl gets on the line rude with no intellect. Delivery driver only spoke Spanish. We are visiting the area and only speak English. Called store to get someone to translate to the driver as we are at an RV Resort . Person on the phone was super rude. We canceled the order and got pizza from My Pizza Place less than a mile from the rv resort. This papa johns won’t get business from us, but my pizza definitely will!!

Pizza arrived right on time. Opened the lid and it was pathetic. There was a 2-3″ ring around the goodies and nothing but dough on the outer ring. All the peppers, cheese, and other goodies were dumped in the middle. I think it is time to find a new go to pizza place.
