Never ordering back from here. Really disgusting quality and service. Manager needs customer service training. The pizza was so burnt, i couldn’t eat it seems it was sitting there from morning and they reheat it up and send it to me. I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ chicken and cheese sticks and i just wasted my money. It was not sealed as the uber driving could have played in my food. When i called to state my complaint, the manager was so rude and have no regards whatsoever. Their was no pineapple on the pizza which made it worse. It was not my first time ordering and surely will be my last.

Papa John’s is no longer at that location. It’s Domino’s now and this review is for the store manager at Domino’s. I Had a very bad experience with the store manager(Black skinny guy with dreads) he shouldn’t be running that store. He’s very disrespectful and ignorant. Instead of fixing a problem, he gets loud and disrespectful. I ordered a Mix & Match deal from a young employee. He failed to explain they didn’t have the deal but charged me $14 for a Medium Pizza. I waited for the manager to handle the situation, that guy straight up told me he didn’t care cause I didn’t order the pizza with him. Deal with the employee. How ignorant can you be?? He’s a young kid. I wasn’t going to yell at him. You’re the manager. Fix it! I left the pizza on the counter and requested a refund. He still said he didn’t care. Clearly he’s there for the paycheck. No skills whatsoever.

They cancelled my order without notice because the driver couldn’t find my address. This same restaurant has been here at least 10 time before. Then the “manager” Brian was a complete P.O.S! Didn’t apologize, didn’t even pretend to care. All while my kids a hungry and getting ready for bed. We will NEVER be back. And I’m sure they don’t care.

I am so upset about this very unpleasant experience. The pizza was delivered with half eaten Jalapeno with carefully and intentionally removed seal on one side. It seems a delivery guy (Luis? Manager was even confused who delivered) seems to intentionally detach the seal and put that half eaten Jalapeno back into the box during this serious Pandemic period. When I tried to open the box, I glanced through and could not find a seal on one side but didn’t pay too much attention until I found that eaten Jalapeno inside the box. Unfortunately that was even after my family including two kids almost finished the first piece. I hope this is not related to Asian hate crime. I talked to a manager and he said he asked his employees and the deliveryman, and they all said no about this and the manager insisted he has to trust his employees. I will seek for both a legal advice and post this incidence on SNS with all pictures taken unless the head office does take proper actions regarding this matter. I kept the Jalapeno for DNA testing if necessary and the removed seal for potential fingerprint. Especially I am so concerned about COVID infection due to potential spitting in the food. I am extremely disappointed with a quality control of Papa Johns. Don’t be fooled.

If I could give negative stars I would. Order placed at 5:45 PM (classic large cheese pizza-what could go wrong?). Order delivery received at 7:05PM (only and hour and 20 minutes). Realized they gave me the wrong order once I read the name on the box. Tracked down the delivery driver outside and he apologized profusely. I called the store to ask another one to be sent or refunded. The “manager” Michelle was so unprofessional and “was too busy to talk.” I told them I’d wait to talk to her and the response was that I could leave my number and she’ll call me tomorrow. What kind of customer service is that? AWFUL. I’d highly recommend another manager. She is a horrible representation of your business.

It is PAPA John’s! Not much more to say. This location is a bit disorganized and seems to get overwhelmed quite often. The manager does his best but his is plagued by employees that cannot seem to multitask. They know their busy times and should prepare before to handle. One person to make pizzas during 4-730pm is not adequate staffing and it is not an isolated incident. Once you get it. It is average
