If I could give a zero I would.we just ordered dinner from this location first of all it took forever, they did apologize that it took longer than expected. When we did get the food it was cold and dry like it was old , the honey Chipotle wings was dry didn’t even have the sauce over all of the wings.we called to let them know how our food was. We were told to call back in 20min because they were working on a big order.when we did call back the girl was rude she said she was the manager and so was the guy that got on the phone he was the general manager also very rude. He said he was gone refund the order and to find somewhere else to eat. We said no problem I would never ever eat here again ,like who would want to…… then he hung up. This place is awful I’d advise yall to find somewhere else to eat…..

If there was a choice for negative stars this store would absolutely be deserved of it. Order a pizza app says will be there in 35 mins which turned into 2 hours. What’s sad is I actually gave this store a second chance on the exact same situation. I called to find out what’s going on and put on immediate hold without asking me anything. The ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE I’ve ever had. O I forgot to add the food was cold which after 2 hours why wouldn’t be. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION . And if this is how papa John’s run their business. Stay away from their brand period.

Who ever answers the phone had to be the worst employee under the sun.. please hold!! Then you call black after being on hold for 5 mins and he tells you he is going to put you on hold again and if you call again he will hang up!! Great service!! No wonder your rating is a 2

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ordered a pizza on a Tuesday afternoon at like 3. my online wait time was 25-35 min. i finally got my pizza 1hour and 45 min later. the pizzas were burnt and the bread sticks were dry. I called to have them replaced and I was told it was going to take an extra two and a half hours for my order to get here. I then asked for a refund. I was told that it would take over a week for my refund to return to my card. So then I was told it was going to take another two and a half hours to get me my order remade and sent to me anyway with no refund. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered a pizza and added an additional garlic sauce. They did not deliver the additional garlic sauce. I called to let them know and the only solution they offered was to refund the 50 cents I paid for the extra sauce even though I had a whole pizza sharing between more than 1 person and others wanted sauce too. They should have done more than that to make things right.

Very disappointing. Wound up calling a different Pizza place because your employees are rude and don’t care about the customer service. Very ☹️ . Not accommodating and we just moved into the area. Not smart to lose customers and don’t care if you order from them or not. Corporate office doesn’t care about it either.
