Customer service is horrible. My mom was placed on hold 2 times for more than 5 minutes, while watching from my car. I go inside and the girl at the register has an attitude. Can’t explain that an increase of price on wings to customers. Very rude individuals working at this place.

We had it ordered through DoorDash. Glad to see that there was a seal on the pizza because it’s a random stranger who is delivering your food. Would not want anyone picking on it obviously

I made an order today on the website I keep checking it constantly to make sure when the drive outside I can go I receive a phone call when I answer they said the drive was on its way when I check the app it said 7 minutes away when I check again it said delivery when I call the store the guy was being very rude over the phone they have the worst customer service and I never received my order.

Only waited 5 minutes to order & was told 35 minutes for delivery. Well delivery was 30 minutes and was still nice and warm. Couldn’t get anybody to answer at Domino’s. And this was during prime time 6-7pm. Shout out to Papa John’s.

I went to papa johns website and they said the address I was ordering from was no valid. I called the this location in Davie and spoke to a rude and lazy Manager who told yes they deliver to this address. I called 4 times he kept giving different zip codes to try. When I asked to please just let me order from him he refused to take my order. I asked him several time if I could just please order from him he would not help me. I then went online and placed a order from Pizza Hut took all of 2 minutes. There pizza is just as good but I was still disappointed because I worked all night and I’m tired and Pizza Hut doesn’t open till an hour later.
