A huge shot out to an amazing Gentle Man who was truly a blessing today . The Manager on duty of this PAPA JOHN’s . Me and my family was on our way for groceries when we noticed a grandma and her granddaughter was waiting on the side of the road. On the way leaving from groceries we saw her still standing there we stopped and asked her if she needed any help. She mentioned they are waiting for the Tow truck for almost 2 hrs and very are hungry. I ran to this Papa John’s and told the manager I wanted to buy pizza for them. The manager took a look outside and said not to worry he got this. He made a fresh pizza himself and gave it to me to give it to them. Thank you so much for your kind heart may God bless you for your kindness. : )

Been going to this Papa Johns over 6 years. Asked specifically for hand tossed pizzas; only to have all pizzas four pizzas run through machine and none hand tossed. Very disappointed; paid for hand tossed not machine tossed not the same. Employee was not willing to have re-done and felt dissatisfied especially not receiving what I asked for, hand tossed pizzas. It was not busy I was the only customer in the store at the time.

They put me on hold 3 times and never picked up the phone. Try to ask a question about a topic on line and it only have a set of answers that did not answer what i am looking for. I will never order from this place again.

Call another location! Papa John’s charged me a delivery fee. The pizza was never delivered to my home. I called, and the manager said I have to pay for the delivery fee AGAIN. The manager on staff was Dexter.

I have been going to this location for a long time and in the past few months the quality of my order has been worse every time. The last order was the last straw. The pizza was so burnt and dry. I regret not looking in the box before I left. The reason why I think the quality has been getting worse is that evertime I pick up my order, the staff is in the back playing around and acting silly not paying attention. I’m all for having a good time while at work, but professionalism has to be balanced. Don’t think I’ll go back.

Good night, I called in to order a pizza for the night to which a young lady picked up the called and asked if I can be put on hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes and still nothing. I found it funny that I also called from another phone and still the same thing. I know the store is closing an hour and half given the time I called. To which was at 10:37pm and the store closes at 11:30pm. I would prefer at least a decent communication of hey we are backed up or whatever the issue is. To be put on hold and nothing been said not quite ridiculous and I’ve been a loyal member for years. But no longer would like to continue been so .
