I asked for a 16″ xl pizza and got a 14 1/2″ pizza. The box is 16 1/8″ ant the pizza dances inside the box. I called and talked to the person that receives the orders and didn’t wanted to help. That’s it for papajohns with me.

I made an order for delivery and when it arrived it was cold and I called the store and spoke with Hector who is the manager. Hector was the rudest individual I have ever dealt with in the food industry and instead of offering a replacement pizza went on to justify why the pizza was cold and even said that I was lying so I had to drive to the store and proceed to argue with this Hector character so that he would replace my pizza. I paid for delivery and had to drive to the store and argue with this man to get my pizza done right. I don’t recommend you deal with this store or this Hector guy ever as he is incapable of being professional in any capacity. The pizza was cold and soggy and even after showing it to him he still wouldn’t admit any wrong doing on his part. Be careful with this store and with this Hector guy. I will be following with a formal complaint with corporate in the hopes that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I had a b’day for my son and ordered wing chicken poppers and 10 extra large pizzas and Ahmed the General Manager made everything perfect. I ordered the pizza separate from the appetizers and wanted the pizzas at different times and had to call to change the times and was very helpful. Pizzas were ready when I got there . Didn’t have to wait around at all..made everything less stressful especially with 15 kids hungry..

This is the WORST Papa John’s I’ve EVER been to. The manager is a complete snob and gives his customers attitude and sarcastic responses. When I asked to order a pizza and told him about an online promo he said he’s “Not required to sell me anything” and hung up the phone in my face. I showed up to the store and he yelled at me and gave me major attitude, refusing to place an order for pizza. This place is absolute garbage, their customer service is terrible and the manager is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. This place needs to be shut down immediately.
