I Have always ordered from here, and I have never had an issue. My review is more about the delivery. I ordered my pizza, and while I was tracking my delivery, the status changed to DELIVERED. I called the store, and the person at the phone told me to wait 5 minutes, and call again to see if it was a glitch. After 10 minutes, I called again and asked them to cancel the order because it was already very late. The person on the phone was very polite. 10 minutes after, the delivery man arrived, and went kind of crazy when I told him I canceled the order. My husband was not happy, and told him his service was bad and to take the pizza back…that delivery guy even threatened to beat him, to say the least. What kind of people are you hirining? I am done ordering from here. What if that guy comes again? No way.

Terrible service, my pizza was cold, box was not properly close, no canadian bacon on my order and the delivery took 1 hour and 15 min, when I call to complain i was on hold forever, had to call probably about 10 times and they didn’t answer. I still on hold

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering pizza. I placed my order at 7pm it’s 9pm and I am still waiting for my order. That’s 2 hours for a delivery. To me that is completely unacceptable that some won’t even call to update you. The app doesn’t work either, all it says is that they have a delay and will not tell me the status of my order. I continuously call the store and there is no answer. The service line says they are closed and no one can come to the phone or they place my call on hold for over 30 minutes and never answer the phone. Needless to say I will never be ordering pizza from this place ever again!

Friendly staff here and they really make an effort to ensure your order is correct and more than often the quality of what is ordered is wonderful. Parking is endless but the plaza is really busy, to best to take caution while crossing to get to the PJs.

Worst customer service, the pizza took 2 and a half hours. The manager Ronnie, was very disrespectful and rude did not apologize nor offered a solution, so we sent it back since I wasn’t going to pay full price. Thank God for Dominos, I ordered it in replacement and it arrived within 30mins. Needless to say I will not be going back here and will call corporate.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location in the past month and not been given what paid for. Extra sauce, extra cheese, well done, if it wasn’t cause was sick, I would return the whole order. Someone is half balling the orders to save time. Perhaps a job at KFC or BK is more up their alley. Leave the pizza making to the experts. This pie is terrible, will request a refund, please note this when I come through. Thank you. BB
