The pizza was cooked so poorly. If you order from here plz open the box and take a look at the pizza. That’s my advice to you. I have no idea if the cooks are new or in a rush but it wasn’t cheesy or presentable. Driving back would have been a pain so here I am just leaving a google review.

I ordered delivery from this store from a employee named Bonnie. The pizza I wanted and the pizza she heard got lost in translation. I called back and she was RUDE AS HELL. Going back and forth with me. Never will I spend a penny there again. I don’t mind a mistake, but being RUDE to your customers is where I draw the line. I hope they pull and train in customer service

Delivery order never arrived, and when we called to ask, they said they delivered it already and gave a description that did not match the house. The manager said they could re-do the order for pickup only, which was fine, but they refused to refund delivery and tip fees. Additionally, they accused us of lying about the pizza being delivered and wanted proof that he never showed up. For context, we order pizza from here very often and can afford a $20 pizza order, so that accusation was ridiculous. Then, they said they would send him out to the house again (without a replacement pizza). For what? I have no idea. Still waiting for him to arrive. Trash customer service. Disgusted by the attitude of the manager. They lost a customer.

They can’t run a debit card as credit, they want you enter your PIN number, which I avoid. The staff was very weird and rude about it. Everywhere else in the country has this ability, but either the staff needs training or the owner needs to upgrade the payment technology.

We always buy in this place and was really good , but today 07/08/23 i order 1 crustty pizza light sause and with salami and was totally disappointed “!! Finish in the trash can “! They put 0 sauce , almost not cheeese the crussty nothing , the dough was totally old and bland and to complete sweet as if it were for a dessert so a total desaster is time to refresh and change to other place like roma’s or other near my home “! Hope someone read my comment and take control about this situation because was a good place now is a shame”

I always get my deliveries from this store since it’s the closest store, but half of the time they get my order wrong. Sometimes they just forget some minor ingredients like the pepperonis and sometimes they make major mistakes like forgetting not to put cheese on my pizza, I’m lactose intolerant so I can’t eat non-lactose-free cheese. The only reason why I didn’t give a lower review is because they always make it right and redo the order for free next time I order or sometimes they resend it immediately when it has cheese. They always give me the option to choose if I want to have the order redone immediately or another day. But this time as I’m writing this review I called over another mistake, I barely said a word, I didn’t even have time to give the name on the order, and they put the order in immediately instead of letting me choose what I wanted to. Apparently the person already knew the name of my order, since he said the right name, and they sounded a bit frustrated that it was me again. I can’t complain about free pizza, but their constant mistakes are starting to get really annoying at times, especially when they accidentally put cheese on it. I’m starting to consider making my own pizzas again even if it takes a lot of effort, which is what I should be doing since there’s no mistakes on it and it comes out better tasting, especially since I can bake it with the cheese instead of adding it later after it’s already cooked. The only thing is I don’t have easy access to as much ingredients as Papa John’s has. Something to add is that usually it comes full with the ingredients, but sometimes they barely put any ingredients, it’s varies a lot. But for now, out of convenience I’ll keep ordering and hope they don’t get my order wrong again.
