It’s the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten! They used to make good pizza, but now it’s the worst! So thin in the middle of the pizza, and the bread was so greasy that it was dripping grease from the bottom of the bread. Not only that but there was an old man with glasses and had a bad eye on his right and wasn’t sure if he was the manager and I told him the issue and then he remade it. Then I looked at it then I was like ” I think it’s okay” then he was like of course it’s okay! We have the best pizza! So I took it. Then I checked it again from the bottom and it was even worse then the first one, so greasy and went back and told him about it and he got so mad that he was like “what do you want!” I told him I wanted to show you the pizza and it is greasy again from the bottom of the bread that grease is dripping, he was like “pizza is supposed to be greasy!” I was like yes but not dripping grease like this and I showed it to his colleagues and he got mad and he went to the cash register took out the money to refund me and threw it on the table by the cash register and I told him I wanted to show you how the pizza is supposed to look like and he didn’t want to hear it! And I left. The co-workers looked like he disliked him. They all looked unhappy, especially him. He didn’t even greet me with a smile on his face. I don’t know if they change the management but he is the worst manager ever! He wears a black shirt and looks manipulative. In the beginning, I also called and they said hold on and then I waited then they hung up so that’s why I went there personally to order instead and it was the worst idea to do or to even order there in general. I also told him about that too, and he ignored me talking about their phone etiquette…. this is just bad. I should’ve just looked at the negative comments. I wasted my time, gas, and not only that, but I got the worst treatment here. The problem here is the management! Change that old unhappy man. He’s messing up this business in a nice location too.

The manager is very rude and unprofessional. We have been ordering pizza in this place a lot of times, but this time was the last one. You should let people know that you have changed your schedule. I was calling on my way to that place to order pizza, but no one pick up the phone. When I arrived they said they are closed, but in Google the time of operation was until 12.30am. Definitely it was our last time ordering pizza in Papa Johns in Sunny Isles. I’m very disappointed.

Waited approx 45 minutes for a cheese pizza and breadsticks, after 45 minutes my patience ran out I demanded a refund, The employee there this loud mouth (possibly the manager) didn’t like my comment, all I said is what takes so long to make a pizza.. oh boy he really made sure I understood that he couldn’t care less . I give this papa John’s pizza on 16850 Collins, ave #103 Miami Beach, 33160 zero stars do not come here the manager is rude his name is Jean, I came here to pick up my food after I ordered online at 11:00pm he refused to come from the back to put the password into the computer so I can pay with my debit card because he says that he was busy I waited 20min before I decided to leave my food because he didn’t want to come from the back because he was busy. The worst experience ever with papa John’s. I repeat do not come here if he’s working it was on a Thursday night at 11:00pm on 12/29/2022
