The manager is rude and disrespectful and has no clue what customer service means. I called the store to say my pizza had not been made according to my order placed online. The manager told me I must have ordered it wrong and it was my mistake not theirs. He then condescendingly asked me if I even could read what I had ordered online. The pizza was not only made incorrectly, it tasted terribly. My only mistake was ordering from this Papa John’s.

The worst brownies I ever had, it was burnt and not fudgy at all. Garlic knots were undercooked. Pizza was not that good. The owner of this franchise should check to make sure to quality control what the people are doing here. If the owner is checking then papa johns is not being top tier quality no more. Just received my “pepperoni” pizza delivery order. When I called the store to tell them about the mistake, I was told, “Well, there’s nothing we can do, the pizza already left the store.” I asked, “So, that’s it, tough, is that what you’re telling me?” I ordered and paid for something that I didn’t receive and the response is not an apology, not a can I offer you a credit, nothing, just….take it. Well, I’m only one person, so maybe it doesn’t matter to Papa Johns, or at least this particular store, but I thought I’d leave a message for anyone else ordering from this location.

Received order late, cold pizzas, missing cheesesticks. Manager told me that if I want a refund I have to drive to the store with the pizzas….or I can wait for the driver to come back with my cheesesticks. $50 for garbage. Lesson learned. And I’m still hungry.

Ojalá pudiece dar -1 estrella, un servicio peor imposible. No llamamo al manager por que mi madre y yo no somos conflictivos y no queriamos buscar problemas, pero una atenciòn mediocre digna de un paiz tercermundista. No nos atendìa la única seńora que solo estaba en el telefono y ni nos saludò nunca, mala apariencia laboral en el centro. Now, for the local costumers, Ill sum it up pretty quick for you all, this business has a personnel that don’t practice a good costumer service, worst service I’ve ever seen and experienced. More people have to know about this Papa John’s cuz, I have to say we were hungry ( my mom and I) and the only person in the front was talking on the phone nonstop, we were staring at them like we wanted to go away of there for obvious and tangible reasons, indeed, we did!!!!!!!!!! I love papa John’s and I feel the same for Little Ceasars, but the people working in there, bring a bad image to the place. No respect!!!!!

Pizza was TERRIBLE. No tomato sauce, hard, almost no cheese. It tasted as if it was days old, reheat. It wasn’t ready; I had to wait. The other gluten pizza was burnt, looked, and tasted like the plastic ones they used for display. The guy didn’t know what the hell, gluten-free pizza was. This visit was a complete waste of time and money. I could have gone to Little Cesar’s across the street and paid much less, for a hot and ready pizza.
