Do not waste your time or money with this location. The food is the worst of any Papa John’s I have ordered from. I guess “extra cheese” for them means less cheese. They also skimp out on the toppings as well. I have gotten pizza from many other locations, and this is the only one I have had issues with. I have even reached out to corporate. They gave me free pizza coupons, but have not offered any solutions to improve the quality at this particular store. Unfortunately, I have had to keep ordering from this location, because the system does not allow me to select another location for delivery. Going forward, I’m switching to Dominoes or Pizza Hut.

Says pizza was delivered but never received. Called store they said couldn’t deliver because of flooding, no flooding here. Driver said he called, no call. Asked for manager and asked him what was going on. He said the flooding was at different call and that my pizza is on it’s way. Why did it say delivered online? They mess up orders and always have nasty attitudes. Can’t get in touch with them over the phone. I’ve been cursed out in the past by a “manager” and told I wanted free food. They delivered incorrect pizza and I had to go to the location to get the correct order and I asked to be refunded my delivery fee due to not actually getting what I ordered delivered. I recorded the interaction with the “manager” he called me a b**** I called corporate and while I believe he was fired. I wasn’t offered an apology and the video was never asked for. The store has been on a downward spiral since the old manager left to go to the 54th street location. The wait times are ridiculous even when they’re not busy I feel like they play around so they are slow to produce pizzas increasing the wait time. It is a bunch of young ppl working there. Never again will I order from here. Red flag was 45mins to an hour to get my food. I called & placed my order at 10:10/10:15pm, when I called back at 11pm to check the status, I was told that it had only been 35ish mins. I have my call log that I can refer back to. Then the driver called/texted that he couldn’t find the addy & was lost. How do you get lost going literally 1.2miles away? I don’t know how he ended up where he was when you can put the addy in the gps & it brings you straight to the correct location. Got my food(COLD) well over an hour later, back & forth on the phone, and going outside to help the driver. For the money spent, it was NOT worth it!!! How is this place still open?
