They mess up orders. Don’t pay attention to dietary restrictions. Horrible service. Ask for no cheese they put cheese on the pizza. Didn’t offer to fix the pizza wanted us to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for them to make a new pizza, didn’t offer any expedited services to fix the mistake they made.

WARNING: Do not order delivery from this Papa Johns. Our order was delivered BURNT and STALE. Pizza tasted like it was cooked 3 hours before it was delivered. $40 worth of stale pizza, burnt / dry cheese sticks, and wings that were undercooked and cold.

Why is it necessary to lock the doors to customers and insist on shoving boxes through a tiny window when the delivery guys are in and out of said door while we are all standing in line? Makes no sense. Also, please learn to read the order. Square cut means in squares not triangles.

I don’t eat much pizza but when I do, I enjoy it over cooked and crispy, I order saying this but I never actually get it this way, I normally have to come home any turn my over on to finish cooking it to my liking. However, today they finally did cook my pizza to what I concider perfection.

Very disappointed! Pizza was cold! Had to turn the oven on to warm it up. This wasn’t even a Friday night or Weekend. Our 2 liter was hot. I don’t think it was the drivers fault. Just too many people moving into the area and not enough employees to fill the supply and demand. So sad…

I don’t usually take the time to write bad reviews. If you have nothing good to say, don’t say nothing but honestly I’ve came to this papa johns 5 times and all times it has been a bad experience. Last visit my pizza box was missing a slice. When I go in they told me it was dropped when it came off the oven. They were going to leave it like that I had to ask for a new one to be done. Another 30 minutes of wait. Today I come to get my pizza and they forgot toppings. They just stuck the pepperoni on top of the pizza didn’t even bake it. It’s always something. Never coming here again!

The worst place to buy pizza I ordered 3 pizza the girl that says she’s the night manager all she says is I don’t know I can’t to nothing if I don’t know who did it ….my pizzas had no topping for 50.00 so I had them change it and waited 20 minutes and still no toppings. As I was going to leave with pizza a person screamed out saying if you wanted more toppings you should make them yourself all employees thinking it’s funny even the night manager….so I return for refund…as I’m leaving a African American young boy came out and was taking pictures of my car and tag….this place is the worst ever to ghetto….I even call police for security reasons of him taking pictures of my car…..The owner needs to fire fat chubby guy with curly hair with red tips,manager girl with a tattoo on her arm a single tattoo….and African American for taking pictures of my car my address is in there system. And I guess they don’t care that they lost a 53.00 order I had two orders plus a customer I’m never returning to this store .
