The pizza is so thin you can see right through the dough with the toppings and all and it’s EVERY time. It doesn’t even hold up when you pick it up. I don’t understand. We waited about an hour which is fine but to pay 40$ for the pizza and delivery fees and then have barely any dough is ridiculous.

Driver leaves pizza on doorstep without ringing bell or knocking on door. Received cold pizza. Contacted manager Eric and rather than apologizing, he became defensive. Call escalated and the exchange was so disrespectful and unprofessional that my husband has to get on the phone. I have lived here 18 yes and never have I been so disrespected by a store manager. I honestly thought he would come to my home to fight. No apology which is all that was needed. He specifically said he didn’t care if I called corporate because he has his own business and didn’t need his job. Calling corporate. He shouldn’t be working there if he doesn’t have the simplest skill ok knowing how to interact with customers. I later spoke to Kenny who apologized and refunded my order. All that was needed was an apology. If you don’t need or like your job then don’t work there!

Hair in the pizza! Disgusting! The person on the phone said they know who it was, I get to the store and the manager brings all the “employees” to the front telling me the hair don’t match. I told him look close the hair is baked into the cheese. I pulled a long string out of the pizza. He says, no that’s no one here, like I went through all this for a $5 refund. What a joke, my kids were completely disgusted and we order pizza from there on the regular but not anymore.

Placed an order for a well done pizza that’s was a credit due to a bad mess up on a previous order. The pizza was not only undercooked but it wasn’t even cut. Lol I can’t make this stuff up. I called the store to try and tell them but was put on a 20 minute hold.

Ordered 3 pizzas online at 6pm. Didn’t see on the site where to set the pickup time so called in immediately after placing the order and informed them that I would need the pizzas ready for 7:30 and not 6:15pm. They said it was fine and adjusted the time to make them. I got to the store at exactly 7:30 and they gave me 3 cold boxes of pizza.

Well… My order came and it was still hot. But the jalapeno popper bites look nothing like they did online. There is no cheese or cream cheese in them. Just dry bread with jalapenos in it. My breadsticks we’re supposed to come with blue cheese dressing but apparently nobody read the actual order and they just tossed the default pizza sauce in the box. Upside down. I remember now why I haven’t ordered from here in a while…
