For over an hour we were trying to order online and redeem some gift cards to save us some money. Nothing worked. Tried going to the Papa Murphy’s in Cocoa and had outrageously horrible customer service. Basically telling me they couldn’t help me with my gift cards and I would have to come back tomorrow!?!?! Called the Merritt Island location and Noah already was 1000x better customer service. Told me we could come in and they would help us out OR call a number to help with online services! Couldn’t have the employees in Cocoa tell me that?!? Anyway, I was very grateful to Noah. The customer service call didn’t end up helping but I went into Merritt Island and they were busy! I mean it is Friday night right at dinner time and yet, they were all still really kind, patient, and super helpful. Zynia very patiently took my order and Susan worked it out to get the deal we originally had and helped us to use our gift cards! Then on top of that they tell me they can have my pizzas ready in 15 minutes!!! I can’t say enough about how great these employees customer service was!! Had to come on here and give them a huge shout out!

So I ordered my pizza tonight on the phone. They told me 12 to 16 minutes I arrived early I I went to ABC wine just to kill some time. I got there one pizza is ready one isn’t. The told me a couple minutes which turn to at least 15 minutes. I too the pizza got home the cheese is ice cold and the pepperoni is hot. Not to mention the bad customer service you get in the store. It’s a pizza store smile everyone love pizza stop ruining the mood and get peoples pizza ready on time. Not mention they put to different hold on my card because she said it didn’t go through the first time. Yes it did. I’m just gonna wait a couple days to see if they release the other charge. ♀️

Completely screwed the pooch when they charged me $15.00 for a plain Papadia when it was a build your own deal with chicken. Who orders a plain one? Brain dead employee didn’t even bother to confirm the order which she questioned as she prepared it. My advice is to find a place that can fulfill an order correctly. $ 5.00 for plain dough, $5.00 for a bag of chips and $5.00 for a soda.

This is the worse experience I have ever had ordering pizza. I was staying at a Hilton hotel and decided to order some pizzas for a conference I am attending. I first call and place my order, they charge me over the phone and say my delivery time would be in around 30-40 minutes. I call after an hour had passed and I still hadn’t received my order, to check and see if everything was okay, and they say my order was “on the way.” Another 30min. pass by and I call again and now they claim that they had “received the order late” and that it wasn’t ready. I had called an hour and a half ago! So I tried to cancel my order and get a refund but they proceeded to ignore me and did not cancel it. So I tried calling again and they wouldn’t answer, I later realized they had been ignoring my calls because when I called from a different phone number they did in fact answer. Instead of refunding and canceling my order, they did eventually tried to deliver it (after 2 and a half hrs) and when the Hilton management told them we had canceled the order and needed a refund, the delivery guy had a horrible attitude and said he didn’t care and that we had to take it up with his store manager.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered a pizza and several sides for delivery yesterday afternoon at 4:46pm. I received and email notification that said I would have my order in 31 minutes. At 6:00 pm my son called to see where the order was, Chloe said she was just getting ready to leave. At 6:10 pm, Chloe called my phone (I ordered) and said she had three deliveries and she was headed to the second and would be delivering my order in 10 minutes. At 6:40 pm, Chloe went to my neighbors and tried to deliver, my son flagged her down and she delivered our food. It was the pizza was ice cold – as were the bread sticks, wings, and jalapeno rolls – Ice cold! Everything needed to be warmed including the garlic sauce. This is the second time this happened. I believe they wait until they have more then three orders before heading out for delivery. And if they do, I could understand that if they did not charge for delivery – but since I have to pay $5.00 for delivery (It’s only 1.3 miles from Papa John’s to my house), I expect hot food in a reasonable amount of time. Not waiting 2 hours for cold pizza! And with all the other pizza places in the area – I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered pizzas online said it would be 35-44 mins. Pizza was on its way said 5 mins till delivery. Then updated to 2 mins. Then I get a text saying order was delayed. It took over an hour to get the pizzas. Called the store to ask where our pizza was at. The guy that answered was rude & even hung the phone up on me. I will not use this store again.

Last few times not been good then the hours changed as I try to give another try Merritt Island and Cocoa stores closed over an hour before it says and used to b open till 12:30 now 11 called at 9:30 a machine picked up stating for both locations being closed! Now stuck without dinner bcuz only pizza chain we like.
