Ordered NY style pizza online and picked it up in person. We love the large thin crust slices that easily fold for dipping in their garlic butter. The pizza was made exactly as ordered; half pepperoni with black olives, half pepperoni with onions and mushrooms. We also had the BBQ wings, which were dripping with sauce. Papa John’s is still our favorite chain pizza place to order from.

I hate to do this because I come here often but I am super disappointed with the pizza I received tonight. The cheese did not taste right and I’m pretty sure it was spoiled. Had to throw the whole thing away.

Carl Burian , Your female manager on duty tonight failed you Epically. I ordered our pizza for in-store pick up because drivers do not except bills larger than $20 ( totally understand). After driving to your location and wasting my time and gas I was turned away and my hard earned honest to God Bless American money turned down. Here’s my favorite part! Getting home and seeing the sheer disappointment on the little girls faces and the pizza movie party you have ruined.

We ordered from a different location hoping the pizza would be less dry. We did a carry out with the 2 $6.00 items. Order came to a little over $18.00. We got cheese sticks which were dry around the edges of the crust. I used the whole cup of garlic butter to spread on the cheese sticks so they would not be dry. I think this is a Papa John’s problem. They need to increase their ingredients. We got a medium pizza with about six toppings. The pizza still had a lot of space where there was no toppings. The Crust was extremely dry. We had to use garlic butter to be able to get it down. I love Papa John’s as a whole of all the pizza places. Also a weird thing happened when we got to the store to pick it up they went in the back room and got our pizza out of there. I asked them why they did that they said they thought the order was going to be donated.?? We were watching the Papa John’s tracker to see when the pizza was going to be done. We pulled up as it said “ready” on the app.

Don’t get me wrong, the pizza here is very good, but their marketing department is a bit dicietful. The are a number of promotions the stores use to get people in the door, mostly offering a discount to order food, but all of the coupons I entered (example I was offered a 20% discount). This would normally be great, but the price the website said the discount was off of a price that was exactly 20% higher then the rate I was offered when ordering with no promotional code. This is false advertising in my opinion.
