Had Doordash deliver from this location. Ordered 2 of the ‘so called ‘New York’ style XL pizza. The dryest overcooked pizza I ever had. I had to ‘add’ my own cheese because it was hardly no cheese on it. I’m from Jersey and ate NY style pizza often and it’s an insult to give this pizza the same name. Never again!

We ordered a cheesestesk pizza and once we got it since it took so long not only was it COLD but there was a serious lack of ingredients. 3 small pieces of steak hardly any sauce, and the toppings were about an inch away from the edge.

I ordered a pizza and mild wings I have an ulcer can’t eat hot food the wings they sent me were very hot I told the driver when he delivered them and he said he’d take care of it I did not hear back from him so I called the store 30 minutes later they said the manager would call me back he never did so I called to see what was going on and they told me that they were going to credit me for my wings like I called them and said hey I’d like to order some wings for next week. Their customer service sucks. And the pizza is not good enough to make up for bad service. I do not recommend

I ordered a large pizza on Saturday at 11:00 PM. They’re open til 1:00 AM, so I thought it’d be fine. It said it would be delivered in 34 minutes, but it didn’t arrive til about 12:50 AM. It was very small, freezing cold, with almost no toppings on it. The worst, grossest pizza I’ve ever had. Took one bite and threw it away. Completely wasted $30. If they don’t want to make something that late or don’t have drivers, just call and refund the money and I’ll order from somewhere else. I don’t have $30 to spend on something inedible. Never ordering from here again.

My daughter was a new hire at another location. She had been dealing with an issue of trying to get her Workday password reset for 2 weeks. She spoke with both of her store managers and neither were able to assist her. So I took a chance and called another Papa John’s location. And I spoke with a manager named Corey at the 4300 W Lake Mary Blvd, Lake Mary location. I explained the situation to him and went above and he took the time to research the handbook and provided a phone number to assist us with my daughter issue. Thank you so much Corey for caring and going that extra mile to help my daughter. If I could give you 10 STARS I would!!!
