We ordered an order of 2 pizzas and a cheese bread for $42 and some change. We had a $50 bill which would have also included the tip for the driver. When the driver came to us. They said papa johns can not accept $50 bills. This was no where said on their app or website. Our driver took our food back with them and when we called the manager, we were told “there’s nothing we can do”. No wonder this place has a less than 2 star rating. Awful customer service and no attempt to make anything right…. Go to dominoes down the road.

Do not call this location. They charged me 30 dollars for a large pizaa. They messed up my order and did not sent 2 items I ordered. When I called them they said just sorry. And to top it off. The pizza took 50 minutes to get here and was cold when I got it. This place is a joke!

I went to Papa John’s pizza tonight. I ordered the NY style pizza. I was very disappointed. I ordered the NY style pizza . It was no way a NY pizza. The pizza was cold, The pizza looked like a normal size pizza. I tried calling to speak with the manager noone answered my called. So we just warmed 2 slices cause we paid our money and didn’t want to throw it away. I will never order this again. Sadly disappointed

I ordered four boxes of pizza two days in a row In this is my results to my order. Papa John’s starting to make me not never want to order from them again in the manager on Cervantes in Pensacola was so rude he basically argue with me about my order Michael is his name who claims to be a manager. Papa John’s need to close it doors I rated it zero and I buy pizza from them three four times out of the week. Half cook pizza is what they gave me in refuse to give My money back.

Got two pizzas and a cookie pizza. One pizza is extremely thin and not cooked all the way. Cookie pizza still doughy through the cookie. Took over an hour when quoted 30 min. Called and got hung up on 3x. Drove up there and manager wouldn’t even come up front. Pizza turned out made wrong and cut like an elementary schooler cut it. 2 stars instead of 1 just because they refunded it.

Very rude, when ordering our food it states that it would take 26mins to 30 mins okay no problem but when it takes you an hour for one large pepperoni and cheese pizza and your only 3 mins from the store and delivered a cold pizza now that’s ridiculous and then call the store to ask why it’s cold and took so long only to say I’m sorry now that’s not acceptable for a business to do. Will not order from there again.

Order for pickup through Uber eats. We went to go get it when it said it was ready. The guy up front wouldn’t let my partner pick it up and he said Uber eats has to. He kept telling him we ordered pick up through the app but was just not having it and eventually walked away. So he came all the way back home empty handed. I called them and the girl on the phone said she wasn’t sure why that happened and to just come pick it up. I reiterated that the person of front was not letting him and how big of a pain this was because we didn’t exactly live close by. She then told me I needed to be respectful to her. I ignored that comment completely and told her that I think they should just deliver it now since it was now inconvenient as my little one was now in the bath tub and needed to go to school in the morning so he needed to get put to bed shortly. She said she would have to cancel the whole order since it was Uber eats then so I stopped her from continuing and said no no fine we’ll just come get it then and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Then they put in that we had picked it up when we obviously hadn’t.

Service from this location is TERRIBLE. The person left our pizza by the door on our porch in 35 degree weather, didn’t even knock on the door so we would know it was delivered, and left. When the pizza was over 45 minutes later than promised, I called the store only to be told “I can’t control door dash”, well I didn’t order from door dash! I ordered through PJ delivery. Manager on duty was no help at all. We’re stuck with cold greasy pizza that has been sitting outside with feral cats. We can’t eat this garbage! Pathetic!
