Hey y’all. I just wanted to emphasize the importance of serving FRESH food to your customers. As a former employee, in which I worked for the company for 3 years, putting a plan ahead order in the oven 30 mins before pick up time is a NO! I had to order a plan ahead, and a separate order so that I could receive fresh pizza because my plan ahead order was ready 20 mins before the pick up time. This is Papa John’s 101. Do better :/

Makes no sense as to why i ordered a pizza Hrs before they closed and this is the final product . Barely any toppings and very messy looking and let’s not start about the taste of the pizza itself absolutely grotesque .
