We ordered pizza for delivery tonight for 6pm. It is now 9:28pm and still no pizza. Multiple calls to the store and the reply “you are next, just waiting on the driver to return”. I’m assuming the driver quit at this point – I’ll take this up with the manager tomorrow. Stay away at all costs – lots of other places to order from.

This was supposed to be well done and the pizza looks like it was in the oven for five minutes. Everything almost slid off when grabbing a slice and the crust with the cheese and topping altogether was about as thin as paper. Ended up throwing the rest away.

While the pizza is usually tasty, I recommend picking up your order. Delivery takes forever. Once they left it on my porch without ringing the doorbell or anything, so it sat there for a while with us thinking it never got delivered. There is nowhere to eat inside. It’s solely pick up.

Our first terrible experience occurred the day we walked in for a pickup and a kid was working behind the counter rather than the older guy we usually see. Get the pizza made when the old guy is working, it’ll be perfect. If you get pizza when the younger kid is working, it will be abysmal, burnt, and the cheese and toppings will literally slide off.

It’s really frustrating you can’t just call the store and place an order. The last few times we’ve called we were given an outsourced line and the phone call was around 5 minutes. When I try to order online, it defaults to delivery and I can’t seem to get it set for pickup, hence the calling. Food is as you’d guess. Very expensive though, definitely gone up over the years with most things.

Ordered on their app and they had door dash deliver. I was not able to get a hold of the driver to give clear instructions as to where we were in the campground since the Papa John’s app didn’t allow for enough characters to give those instructions. And the number that I was given for the driver was not the drivers phone number but in fact went to someone else. They answered with “MAN, WHY YOU BOOING ME” and hung up on me. I tried to call again and they answered and hung up right away. When the driver pulled up it was clearly not someone who spoke that way and she confirmed that that was not her phone number. The pizza was still quite warm but the toppings fell right off when you picked it up, it was real limp. I ate what I could anyway because I was hungry but some of the dough was uncooked. As seen in my picture where I could smear it on my plate.

The last 3 deliveries have been a disaster. They either don’t show up or they deliver to the wrong place. Ever since they started using DoorDash the service has diminished tremendously. Third times a charm. I’m finding another place for pizza.

I’d give zero stars if I could , really papa John’s you use door dash don’t you think you should make us aware before we order. Especially since door dash always picks up orders late they have no warming bags so pizza comes luke warm or cold . I could’ve threw $57 in the toilet I won’t be ordering from this Papa John’s anymore unless I get a direct driver form this store.
