Horrible. I will never order here again. We ordered for pick up and noticed there was no sauce in any box of the 3 pizza order. We also asked for the season packets. We were told that they were a dollar apiece! We asked: don’t you you include peppers and one garlic sauce in every pizza? He said “no, it’s a dollar charge for the sauce and a dollar for the packet.” We have been ordering here for years and we’re never charged for these items. It appears he has a nice little cottage industry going by withholding these standard items from customers. Why bother? Not only will I never order from this location again, I will take Papa John’s off of the lunch rotation at my work place.

Pizza: Favorite pizza joints are just a personal preference. My review is completely based on my personal preference. What I like is how they always seem to use very fresh ingredients. The cheese to me tastes like no other. The crust is a thick puffy crust so if you are looking for thin and crispy this won’t be your place of interest. The prices are very good especially when you use one of their coupons (they have them almost everyday).

This is probably the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant. I ordered a pizza and a 2 liter and got nothing I paid for! Pizza was wrong and charged me extra for toppings I never got, and never got the two liter I bought. Best part is I called in talked to the “MANAGER” supposedly, who told me he could NOT REFUND ME, OR…… guarantee me a time the order would be completed. Refused refund!! TWO HOURS LATERS STILL NO PIZZA SILL NO 2 LITER!!! Never in my love again will I order from this thieving disrespectful pizza place!!!!!! Please never preset here, save your money they will mess your prefer up then steal your money…

Don’t even waste your time. Not only did the delivery driver DEMAND a tip before I had a chance to hand him one, they took all our sauces and put them on top of the pizza and closed the boxes. We won’t be ordering from here again. Gave them too many chances.

Not even worth a star. Ive reported them to OSHA and the better business bureau and will be reporting them to the media. The pizza was undercooked, my family and I got food poisoning, they did not reply back and refused to give me my refund. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. This had to be the most NASTIEST papa johns ever ..they left my food outside ..never knocked on the door ..the food looked like they were dropped on the ground and i order 4 cheese cups never even received it …HORRIBLE PLACE food was cold af and the management is very unprofessional..they need to close this place

I have been a fan of Papa Johns for over 10 years and feel the quality of their pizza in comparison to Pizza Hut and others is far better. I am pretty new to the beaches and have ordered about 6-7 times from Ponte Vedra location. The service is faster than expected or on time and always friendly.
