Extremely over priced for what you get. $40+ for 2 lg pizzas. If there was 12oz of meat & vegges of both I’d be shocked. The pies were lukewarm when we got them. Second time this yr, should have know better – no more. Grocery stores frozen just as good and a whole lot cheaper.

Was yelled at by the driver saying she left at my doorstep. Talk to DM tomorrow. She screamed at me and called me a liar. Says called and left on my doorstep. I never answered. The manager was no help. Called back and driver was screaming in the phone. I have never been treated so terrible. I want a refund and now they will not give me one. I do not recommend this place at all.

I just moved 2 Middleburg 3 weeks ago and ordered from here a 2nd time even though my first pizza was horrible. I hate writing bad reviews which is why I ordered a 2nd time and it was just as bad. Pizza was curled up in box, dry, and overcooked. Safe to say I will not order from here again. Worst Papa John’s I have ever had!

Ordered, came within 30 min,but for some reason the pizza was cold.i don’t cook pizza but I’m certain it shouldn’t have been cold. I called to inform them the pizza was cold and the girl that answered the phone started getting rude and hung up. I called back and was hung up on again and again I didn’t want a refund,discount, or free anything but once she started being rude my wife returned the favor. I was told to call tomorrow and speak with the regional manager but wasn’t given a name of the person I spoke with on 2/4/23

Normally we love Papa John’s. We ordered last night and the wait estimate was 35-45 minutes. Totally doable. But. We didn’t get our pizza for an hour and 20 minutes after I’d ordered. Which seems kind of ridiculous. The pizza was barely warm when we got it. I don’t know if that’s the outsourcing to door dash or what, but it was a disappointment.

We ordered a pizza to be delivered. The doordash driver that they selected for us did not ring the doorbell, left the pizza on the front stoop and when we opened the pizza it was smashed to pieces as if somebody turned it upside down and shook it. We had to personally drive back to papa John’s and turn in the pizza to get a new pizza. You would think papa John’s would have the courtesy to comp us for all our trouble but no, we had to pay for the delivery charge and the pizza and drive back-and-forth. They required that we leave a tip for the driver prior to ordering our pizza and even that was non refunded. BUT the pizza tasted good

I am giving 3 stars because the pizza is usually decent when I get it from here. The staff, however, is not. The girl that I assume is one of the managers there is always so unfriendly every time you go in. Like she hates her life. I smiled at her yesterday when I went, she just looked at me and walked off. It’s like that every time too. So not just a bad day. There’s been employees sitting outside smoking weed multiple times, goofing off, running their mouths. Definitely Middleburg quality!
