Sad. I used to love it here. But it gets worse every time I go. This time I sent my daughter to pick up my order and when she returned, we opened the boxes and the appetizers were all burnt and the pizza toppings were all off the pizza. What a waist of money.

I LOVE this papa johns, the only thing I think that can be better is for them to deliver. But on the other hand there is DoorDash so I am not super mad about that. There is this young man, his name is Mark he is a very nice and respectful young man. This is the type of workers I love to see. The food took exactly 15 minutes (as they told me) and i am glad

Use to be my favorite pizza. Last time I ordered, placed a ~$100 order from Fort White and drove all the way to Live Oak to pick it up (~1hr drive) only to get there and have the kid at the counter tell me they cancelled the order. No reason (other than they were busy, and “only had 3 people”) and NO NOTIFICATION of any kind either. I contacted Papa Johns Customer Service only to get a lame boiler-plate reply that didn’t even address the issue I had. What a let down. I’ve been spending hundreds of dollars per quarter with this location, but I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere. They don’t seem to care…

I’m disappointed. Papa John’s fir 3 years has never disappointed me. I ordered my pizza around 7pm, the crust BURNT, not cut properly, way too much cheese, not evenly sauced. For $15 I expected better. Definitely not coming here after 5pm again.
